Team Falcon grind more together than any other streamers/content creators. That, coupled with individual talent, is why they are so dominant. Most COD streamers are on air 4-5 days per week for 8 hours or, in most cases, less per day. If you want a squad as good as this, you have to put in the amount of work they do.
