Same here over Australia. not a lot of Bricklink sellers so it's hard to get specialised pieces. Im thinking of going to this factory sometime next year after hearing about it years ago. thanks for all the tips from many years!
Yes, it is a pity that this factory store is only available in Günzburg... definitely, but we would advise you not to go at the end of the season, because usually there is a lot of parts that are sold out then.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience and tips! I'm going there in summer for 2 days. May I ask how much time do you usually spend in the store?
How it look like if I need for instance only 10 printed pieces? I can put more than one kind of brick in one bag or I should put each piece in different bag no matter how many off them I want to buy?
I'm planning trip to factory store and buying annual pass to get some coupons. If you were me you would go there in July or August? City Animals from June in 2023 were available imadiately or how much time it took to be in containers? I want to buy some tigers or gorillas thats why I ask. Ill be grateful for general answer :D
Both months are usually quite busy, but maybe it's better to go in August. Unfortunately, we do not have any info on the new city animals, but we hope that they'll get them!😊
100 grams per person per day only applies to specific pieces such as prints, right? Can you get more than 100 grams per day of more ordinary pieces? Such as 1x4 dbg bricks for instance
Hi! The majority of the non-printed pieces have a limit of 100g as well. Only the „basic“ bricks are unlimited. I think 1x4 bricks are unlimited, if i‘m not wrong here
Thank you @BricksgoWILDCITY I'm delaying building roads and some other terrain until after I can visit this magnificent store, some day, so there's some pretty basic elements I would like to buy way more than 100 grams off.. I would of course also buy new elements or prints but I'm not a reseller either so I don't need 100 grams of the coin printed tile for instance (as that'd be over 800 pieces) But I'm not so close from Germany so it'll have to be a big purchase to make the trip worth it 😂
I am going to visit Germany in just 2 days and planning to visit Legoland so I can't wait to go there and I am wondering the same thing like what the other person asked about the 100g per person/day question

@@BricksgoWILDCITY Thank you. This information might help me plan my visit. Have a nice day :)
@9:30 ish also is it now for every piece that's 100g limit or is it just a select few?
for about half of them, and usually for those parts that are interesting e.g. printed tiles, plant parts,...

I know where I am going the day I get my driver's license. Also do I need to buy a legoland ticket to access the store ?
Yes
Yes. You need a park ticket to get into the store...
Very cool
Do they have minifigure pieces in stock like this?
there is a separate minifigure shop inside the park!
