amazing video. in '65 my mother drove us eight kids down to Huntington beach in 64 lavender sunliner. no seatbelts jumping around like monkeys. Those were the days! beach boys, wolfman jack etc....
Such beautiful old cars. I especially love the Mustangs, T-birds, and Cougars. Some of these classics are literally works of art! Thank you so very much for sharing this with us. God bless you, sir.
I went to look at a car my friend told me about in the late eighties and he said it was a granada. When I got there it was actually a mercury monarch, which is almost the same thing, it was a black two door and had burgundy interior with bucket seats and a console from the factory, the factory engine was a 302 four barrel and a four speed manual transmission, it had 15x6 inch wide ss cragers on the front and 15x10 inch ones on the back with really wide tires on the back and hi, jacker air shocks pumped up all the way, like we all did in the seventies and eighties and i still do. Lol. But I test drove the car and it would fly and it would chirp the tires every time I changed gears even in 4 th, all stock except for the tires and wheels and someone had changed the rear end gears a little lower and made it posi, which made it seem like a power house, but I bought it and it looked like new and I gave 1200 for it in 88,0 and put my pioneer super tuner in it and my pioneer ts. X7 speakers in, cause it had the original am/fm 8 track in it, the car didn't have a scratch on it anywhere and looked like it was just built new, i drove it for 6 days and a friend's dad offered me 800 more than I gave for it so I let him have it for 2,000. The next day I bought a 1980 z, 28. Black with red interior and t tops with a 350 and 4 speed and it was beautiful and would fly, i gave 1,875 for it and it was the nicest one in town, it had the yellow, red and orange sticker combo like all the z, 28,s had with the moving hood scoop inlets that faces the driver and passenger , several months later I traded it for a black 66 Pontiac grand Prix two door with a 455 and four speed transmission with fender skirts and all , black interior, i put a posi rear end in it and that car was dangerous, i kept it for a few years cause it had bucket seats and was a really nice and rare car, i didn't mean to ramble on, lol i could go on for hours i have had so many old cars
Hi Sam! Yup! I definitely heard it! GREENADA! LOL! Fog more fog and sprinkles here in Warren MI. Although on the nicer days I did hear the sound of a rumbling muffler!
