    Emily I’m so happy that you did this video. My daughter has struggled with extreme anxiety and a panic disorder and it’s been so hard not to fix things for her. Many of the tips you have shared are ones that her therapist has also suggested, including mindfulness and meditation. So so many people struggle with mental health issues and it’s a worldwide issue. For every one watching, it’s absolutely more normal that anyone thinks and it’s just not talked about. If it was, it would be a step towards making it more socially acceptable. Bravo to you and Georgia for speaking up! xx

    Can I also add that it’s okay to miss home and it’s okay to feel those emotions. Call your family, face time them. I get distraction is good but also remember that it’s okay to feel down. Especially during these times so don’t put pressure on yourself to feel a certain way. Sit and cry, put on a sad movie. It is okay ❤️ from a fellow student!

    Yes! I’m so exited to watch this! It’s so refreshing for an influencer to talk about mental health and bring awareness, especially at this time, loved Georgia’s video aswell🤍

    Girl you're definitely not alone in this growing up by fifteen I had a breakdown and ended up in hospital I had depression, anxiety, self harm and anorexia I couldn't leave home so getting treatment really broke me having to stay away from my home comforts nine years on I'm so much better and now just have to fight the anxiety and panic attacks I can totally relate to points you said here lovely thoughts can do so much damage to ourselves stay safe and take care 💖💖💖

Thank you for opening up and sharing your experience I have recently struggled with anxiety and depression for a couple years and I’m just staring to feel better because of natural things I’ve been doing.     So so so love this video !!! These types of topics should be spoken about more often as I think most people do stuffer on their own and in the dark which is sad but this is where you come in Emily and is so open about it all and most definitely helping everyone going through the same💗💗💗 supper inspiring!!!     The not knowing why your feeling down or sad for no apparent reason, there is a reason. One is everything going on and I learned that suffering with depression most of the time its hormonal.

      It isn’t. Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain, I’ve had it my whole life and I won’t have people saying I’m “ hormonal “ . You’re minimazing a whole disorder.
