Hello mam, I wear glasses since I was 13. Now I'm 23, I have minus power (L =-3.50 & R =-2.50). I'm thinking of having lenses, as my mom used to wear lenses from this brand so I will go for this brand.
Mam I would like to have lenses with colour (light hazel or brown or honey). What are your suggestion about this? Should I go for colour lenses? Are these safe or I would rather go for clear lenses? (I will have to wear lenses 6 hours a day and rest of the time I will wear glasses).
For regular wear I would recommend clear lenses as they are more comfortable. When we wear coloured lenses you would realise an bit of discomfort. It’s ok to wear coloured lenses during function and festivities. But for regular use go for clear lenses. You many need to buy one separated set for left eye as per prescription and separate set for right eye. As both numbers are different. As you are going for lenses first time try daily disposable with same brand. It’s very comfortable. Later shift to monthly disposable.

I've bought a contact lens today from Bausch and Lomb. I've different sight for each eye but they gave me only one box for both eyes and there is different power on the given box which doesn't match my eye sight. So what should I do now?
Ideally you should buy one set as per your right eye number and one set as per your left eye. If number on box is not matching to any of eye sight go back to store and speak to them. In one box two different number you can never find. Mostly you have to buy different sets and arrange them as per your eye sight. Always be careful while storing them back in case they are reusable. If you are beginner try daily disposable they are best.
The solution already in the pack along with the lens need to be disposed? Or should it be kept in the lens box? How many times do we need to change the lens solution in the lens box. Everytime?
The solution which come with the lenses should be discarded as they are made for long term storage. Once you remove lenses from the pack use the new solution to clean and store the lenses post use. If lens are stored for more then a week change the solution and store again. Or every time before using lenses change the solution at every use. Even if it’s daily.

Monthly and daily disposable can be used. But best comfort is by daily disposable lenses

If you have a vision issue and already have diagnosed the issue then lenses is good alternative to the tradition eye glasses
I want to use lens for a function.. mene phele kbhi use nhi kiya starting m problem hoti h lens se swelling ya pani ki?? Side effects toh ni hota lens ka?? Normally Habit kb tk hoti h lens ki??
Ekta if you are planning to wear lenses in some function, from now start using them for 1 hour a day, later increase timing. Do use eye drops after each use of lenses like Refresh tear etc. it help to relax eyes and retain moisture. Yes they cause bit of dryness in eye in beginning but once you get use to you will feel better. Just close you eye for few seconds and every 30 min it also help to reduce irritation or discomfort. You will get use to them in week or so. Now days lenses are very comfortable.

Yes you will feel comfortable with the lenses in a week time. Don’t worry. Just keep your lenses solution, lenses box and eye drops in purse. So that the moment you feel discomfort remove them give rest to eyes and use again. Be careful about avoiding Kajal /maskara or eye makeup. Any small particle causes extreme discomfort and irritation.

I have not heard much about puresoft lenses. They have lens solution that I know. Each brand have different kind of comfort. As per me Alcon and B & L makes very comfortable lenses they are bit costly but good. For each person comfort level is different. If it’s causing watering and tiredness in eye even after 1 hour use best is to discontinue using them and speak to doctor. Cleaning before wearing and after wearing lens is also as important as taking breaks while wearing them for first time. Also use lubricating eye drops post removing lenses.

Clear lens is a second name for transparent lens they do not have Color to them and are more comfortable too.

Monthly disposable lenses can be used daily for 30 days. But they need to be stored in clean conditions.

You can use them for 6-8 hours in one go. But if you are new your eyes will feel very exhausted and tired. So best is to take breaks and keep eye moist with eye drop. Even cleaning of lense is very important

If you are not a regular user I recommend to order daily disposable lenses. Which you can use once and discard. But cost effective is to get monthly pack. In that please remember of you are not using lenses regularly and keep them stored still daily change the lens solution and keep them clean.

Yes even if aap occasionally pahano ya regular, ek lens ke shelf life sirf one month hotae hai, later on they start losing the moisture and discomfort create hu sakta hai

To have discomfort is normal but it should not be too much. If you have redness or itching discontinue use. I will do live tomorrow at 5 pm in that I will explain it properly

Thank you for finding my video useful. You should consider to use monthly disposable by any brand. But if you are first time user I will suggest daily disposable then shift to monthly pack. Acuvue , B & L , coopervision in same order have been comfortable for me. But you can choose any. Each person can find different brands to be comfortable as per personal experience. Try each brands daily disposable and decide.

You should remove it before Bedai function for sure. But if you have to use it remember to carry eye drops so that in case you get dry eye or irritation you remove them put drops relax and fir pahano clean kar kae

You have to discard them after 1 month or opening, regardless of how many time it was used.

Mam mene aqua lens monthly wala purchase kiya he with aqualens solution lekin from the second day one lens if keep it in either in right eye or left eye feeling burning watery eyes redness but the other lens is good one i mean both are actually same number but mera doubt ye he ki aqua lens solution ke badle renu fresh solution use kar sakta hun kya with aqua company lens because ye aqua solution shayad suitable nhi hora he esa lag raha due to one eye irritation ?
Yes aap renu solution use Kaur saktae Hu for aqua lenses.

Mam my lense either fold on my own finger or when I somehow manage to put them in my eyes they immediately fall off and multiple tries did make my eyes go red what should I do now
Try to see if you use lens wash solution very well before application. Also use some eye drops like refresh tear to make eyes more moist. It may help to put lens better.

Agar bottle expire nahi hua hai toh you can use. Also bottle ko cold and dark place mai he rakhna. Sunlight yae heat sar Kharab hu sakta hai.

I understand if we maintain the cleaning of lenses we can use them for longer time but it’s recommended that monthly lenses should be discard after a month use as they may lead to dryness and infection. If you want to use lenses for longer time then try yearly pack. It last longer.

Mam .. my main problem is .. if i try to place my lens in my eyes after i eat, though i washed my hands perfectly, it makes irritation and also got affected coz of my hands were spicy coz of eating. So, after that, i started to keep my lens in eyes before breakfast. So, if i eat spicy food , may i know the duration after when i can use my hands for keeping or taking off the lens from the eyes ?

No they do not provide lens box with lenses. But when you buy lens solution then you get storage’s box free

You can use it but as per my personal suggestion due to sweating while playing the eyes get irritated and lenses can be a issue. My younger brother was footballer and has shared his discomforting story with lens on the field. Glasses is the better option with back band support

Hlo mam maine aqualens k -1 power k color lens liye hai.. Unme sides se thoda blur dikh rha hai aisa ku hua
No koi side effects nahi hai. Colour lens mai halka sa disturbing lagta hai but once you get habitual you will feel ok. Anyways lenses eyes ko thora dry karta hai toh moisture maintain karnae kae liye eye close kar kae thora roll karna. It helps. Also if you takeout lenses in 3-4 hours and give rest to eyes help,

Ma'am If by mistake the power lens is inserted in the eye from the other side, then there is a problem,
It will cause little irritation or fitting issue, other then that it will not cause any problem
@@PharmaDevi Because I had applied the lens for the first time after watching your video, the lens was falling down again and again and was sticking on the finger when applied in the eye, felt a lot of burning in the first eye but in the second it got stuck without any problem.
If it’s sticking to finger a lot , try using more solution to make it softer. Secondly sometime when we try to apply for first time it takes time as we blink or eye lids comes in way or lens get dry or sometime it’s opposite side. Don’t worry it takes time to get hang on it. But you will be fine. Do remember as first time user take break every 1 hour to shut eye and roll them for natural moisture. Also open after two hour use and use refresh tear eye drop. Later gradually increase time of use. Did you buy monthly or daily? Daily for first time user are very comfortable.

When I try to remove lens, I feel a lot of pain as if the skin of the eye is pulling out and it is very difficult to remove the lens, the lens is very firmly stuck, is there any way to do this?
While removing lenses remember that first you need to shut your eyes and roll them so that naturally they become moist then try to remove them. When we use lens eye become dry and can lead to irritation while removing. Also try avoiding touching eye exposed area as much possible use finger tip gently on the lenses, give a twitch and remove.
You can try lens applicator and remover too, they can be of help.
You will feel better soon, it takes time to get a hang. Takecare of yourself and eyes. Do not let eyes go too dry.
While weary lenses do not sleep or shut eye for very long, or rub your eyes usually wearing goggles while driving a bike etc with lenses help a lot.

Mam .. already my eyes got 2 times affected. 1 time due to infection and other time is due to my sleep for long hrs with lenses. After that, i got treatment from the eye phisician and it got cured now. But, whenever i go for normal eye checkup, doctor says that, there's scar in my left eye which got infected 2 yrs ago but, now it's perfectly alright. But, I've that scar. I consulted doctor. He said there's no more issue and i can use the lenses asusual. May i know, as per your suggestion, Can i wear my lenses. No more it get affected ??
Trust your doctor. He has seen eyes and can tell better. But as you have done several damage to eyes due to lenses I would recommend not to use and let your eyes get better.
Sleeping with lenses on can be very dangerous thank god you are safe.

If you have bought a monthly pack. You can use one set of lenses for 4 weeks but follow a strict cleaning regime.
But if you have bought a daily disposable one you can only use them for 24 hours and then discard them.
How do u know which one is for left eye and which one is for right eye?
Usually lenses are neutral of sides.
Later once you start using you can place them in box with marking of left and right.
How to know if the lens is inside out? I have seen many videos about this, but still I find no difference...
Lenses are mostly curved like concave shape at one side and on other side it’s less curved. One way you understand is by applying and if it does not fit well or pops out or feels discomfort it means you can try it using other way. Will try to make video maybe someday.

Yes you can try but also remember how comfortable you feel. Buy small pack and then see if it makes lenses more softer. Do not forget to buy refresh tear or any other eye moisture eye drops. Post use and removal of lenses using eye drop help to reduce dryness of eyes and itching

In case lens fass jaye ankh me then we need to visit doctor?
Yes absolutely. Usually soft lenses fasta nahi hai. But in verse case it can get stuck inside eyelid ya phir agar eye mai injury hu jaye toh it can get stuck or infection sae swelling agar aa jaye toh it can cause issue. So in all these cases we need doctors help. Anyways whenever you have mild irritation too remove lenses and keep them in lense case. Never let sit in your eye for long. Avoid make up while using lenses as the dust can cause irritations. I am talking with experience. My sister at her marriage used lenses and it lead to huge irritation to her. She was in bad shape due to this, later we had to use eye drops for few days to heal.

Lens do not come out of eye radius they fit in well. But can you ask your question again I am not able to understand 4 both eye.

Then you can order same number lenses as each box have pair of lens
Try using another brand or try using daily disposable as they are more moist and comfortable. Sometimes few brands works better for someone then others. I did try three brands and then finally realised that for coloured lenses I prefer daily disposable and for non coloured monthly disposable. Also I use two different brands. Anyways finding lens comfy is individual to individual. I generally use lenses occasionally, I am more comfortable with glasses

Wase lens both side sae use hu sakta hai when non coloured wala hu. But otherwise apko lagatae Waqut discomfort cause hota hai. So the moment Lens fit Na hu remove it and flip kar kae use Karu.

Just check the lens sometime, lagate aur utartae waqt lens damage hu jata hai nail etc Sae. Check kar lu then apply or swap kar kae dekho I mean wear left eye lenses in right one. It works sometimes.

Which kind of light you mean. Lenses are well designed to be used in natural sunlight or even indoor lights

Yes but I do not prefer to use makeup when I am wearing lenses as it’s not wise to do so. Ophthalmologist usually recommended not to use make while wearing lenses as it pose risk of severe infection:

I am sorry to disappoint you. But medically and pharmaceutical guidelines says that it not safe to use lenses with make up. As make up particles can lead to infection. But if you want to go ahead with the same please ask your doctor before doing the same. If you ask me , I avoid using lenses in functions with make up. I wear make up and keep glasses handy, for pictures I keep off glasses and if needed I wear them. May people like beauty parlour people use lenses during functions but it’s risky. If they take responsibilities for eye damage then you can consider

Yes lenskart for online lens buying is safe. Also if it’s first buy, I would suggest to buy small pack and daily wear lens first. For first time user they are better to get trained. Later buy monthly pack,

If it’s daily disposable you can wear it for 24 hours max. If it’s monthly you can use it for 30-40 days max, it’s it’s yearly you can wear them for 1 year.

By the way I had a doubt,
What if I buy monthly disposal lens & Im getting 6 lens which is nothing but 3 pairs of lens so if I use very occasionally, will it get expired in a month even if I didn't use/rare used ?
Three set of lenses means three month supply until we lose or damage lenses and need to use other pack. They have shelf life of two year of packed and if opened each lens will have 1 month shelf life. Even if you use occasionally it’s best to discard lenses after 30 days of opening as they may get dry and cause infection

It's difficult when we use lenses for the first time. Personally, I first use daily disposable lenses for the first few days later I use monthly one. Daily Wala Jada comfortable hota hai. But costly hai.

No they are not eye drops. The solution is meant to clean the lenses and store them. By mistake if you have used them as eye drop they may not damage if you have used lesser quality but cold water eye wash helps.

@@PharmaDevi Yes...thanks for the reply tho. yes, most people use it....and too the printed color dashing and absolutely mesmerizing than freshlooks those tends to have super stripy fake looks. but sadly it moves too much in my eyes..and what i came to realise is that even though its said that most eye irises have same size but i doubt ...now i buy russian velvet grey but these too couldnt cover up my color eyes perfectly so i see my coloured eyes are much bigger...and at tge same time i do blink quite hard...that may be the reasons so far...but freshlook on the other hand stick up so great n dont move...could you recommend me any lenses that wont move around...now im scared to just buy lenses online...And will toric lenses work for this moving problems????
Thank you for sharing your experience. Even I have used freshlook coloured lenses occasionally and they were super comfortable. But one more thing that works in lenses is that daily disposable are more comfortable then monthly. So that can also be reason for me to find freshlook comfortable. My suggestion to you would be to consult your ophthalmologist for best lenses suggestion as per your eye type. I generally ask my doctor before trying anything new for my eyes. They can be right person to guide.

At max I have worn the daily disposable up and monthly up 6 to 9 hours. No doubt daily disposable are much more comfortable and can be worn for longer but still lenses cause lot of dryness in eyes. Best is to remove them use eye drop and then again use them. Taking break is best if you want to wear lenses for longer hours.
