SYNAPSYS VHIT • Testing protocol

The Synapsys VHIT (Video Head Impulse Test) system represents a fundamental step forward in the evaluation of the vestibular system.
Unlike other video-HIT examination systems on the market, the Synapsys VHIT does not require the patient to wear any goggles: all results are obtained from the analysis of the patient's head and eye movements, taken from a camera positioned at a distance of one meter.

What a remote camera! As module kinetic testing, may you use this remote camera in infánts íntead of infrared goggles?

Dear Phuc Tran, the remote camera is intended for the Head Impulse Test only (on children too, of course), but you cannot use it as an acquisition system for the VNG kinetic testing as it is not designed for it.
