This is a prime piece of property - I would jump at it if I were looking - this will not stay on the market for long !!! Loads of potential to expand with that side barn possibly being converted & I always love a home in it's own land, while still being near to a village or town ! And what's more it's a pretty looking house, which I do not see so many of in these French ads - this one could be gorgeous !!!.
Lovely.....other than a couple of things I think it is a fabulous property! As long as it is structurally good, I would just clean up and not change anything. Often we are too quick to rip out perfectly serviceable things. Could turn it into a little farm.
Not an expensive catch but the reno post acquisition seems to be massive with the main part of the house roof seems dangerously curved, electricity and insulation, glazed windows, kitchen, ect goes to nearly a euro 300k which will obviously provide you with a nice house but way above the location real estate brokerage.
Hi, thanks for comment, Repairs are required but nithing liek you comment and certainly not the cost, the house needs general updating and the insulation matter is a choice at this stage not a legal requirement unless letting it out but of course, long term, added wall insulaiton is a good thing.
