You can do watermelon in the centrifugal juicer. The health benefits of the cold-pressed are obvious but in a juice bar environment will take hours !!!!
is it better than Sana 727 ? I am thinking to buy three Sana 727 for my shops instead of one Sana 909 which make almost the same price
The main advantage of the Sana 909 is the wider feeding tube, which means less time cutting ingredients. On the other hand, the Sana 727 has the variable speed motor which could mean faster juicing for some softer ingredients.
Some apples could be rotten inside.
That's a drawback with whole fruit juicers. You have to be sure of the quality with apples, or cut them all in half at least. With many consumer-level "whole fruit" juicers, the openings only fit small apples so they need to be cut once anyway.
Where are the vegetables ?? Stacks of seller, beetroot, kale etc

How is this juicer at juicing ginger?
It will juice ginger fine. Just make sure to cut it into small pieces since ginger is very fibrous. I'm actually drinking carrot-apple-ginger juice as I write this :)
This machine is great for all kinds of produce. I have been running mine since April 7 2017 at my juice bar (Super Juice) Algarve Portugal. we made apox 25-35 litres per day worked great just some tricks to learn on the feeding and size of material we feed it. 1kg of carrots gets me 40-45cl 75-85 cl from 1kg oranges 500gr granny smith 45cl . its great making green juices out of leafy greens. Im definitely happy with it and when I open my next Super Juice I am going for this machine again.. and the eu juices rep. here in Portugal Joao has been great with any questions I had and they were a few lol he is actually doing a tune up on the machine right now. great machine and super service I cant ask for more :)
Sorry to ask but what else do you sell in your Juice bar apart from juices? I am trying to openy own Business as well and I would l9ve some tips. If you can help I will be very Gratefull.
I cant find the in depth video on the "Sana Horeca commercial juicer" model can you link it pls.. where you go thru the Horeca juicer.
We just filmed it yesterday, so it should be up hopefully next week. We're filming another one today showing frozen desserts in the Horeca.
Hey Dan hope all is well man. I wonder how the commercial Sana would fare against a twin gear like the Tribest Greenstar Elite or Pro. Might make for another great video!

It's actually something I've been thinking about since we recently had a chance to test a NutriSantos N65 again, and the options for a commercially certified juicer are limited.
The Greenstar is a good machine, especially for the price, and would get a higher yield. What could hold it back is the shorter duty cycle, and the fact that it is more complicated to operate and clean (it's easier to train someone in a juice bar how to use the big vertical).
@@euJUICERScom oh wow! The Greenstar would still get a better yield even though the Sana is the higher priced commercial unit? That's pretty impressive. I wanted to ask you one more time about the large feed shoot verticals. Since you've had the opportunity to play with the Omega MMV, Kuvings EVO and Kuvings C7000 numerous times by now I just wanted to ask which of those 3 do you most highly recommend as far as better yield, better functionality, and overall better performance is concerned?
@@MrJ.31 Twin gears typically get the highest yield of any juicer type. Also the Sana is focused more on ease of use and durability. Regarding the large-mouth verticals, performance is very similar with the three juicers you mentioned. I'd personally rank them MMV, C7000 (C9500 here in Europe), and EVO, based mainly upon price. In terms of functionality, I prefer the simpler feeding tube of the MMV and C7000. Yield should be the same among the three.
