    Ok, not gonna lie, I'm positively shocked that it took you only 25 days :o And it's so inspiring that it's possible to accomplish such a thing in less than a month :D Waiting for a signed English copy :))

    I have had a difficult time finishing my books for the past few years. I recently began writing a new novel, and I'm already feeling the laziness in my bones. I know it was no coincidence that I just found your video and your channel, and for that, I give thanks because it is a clear message that I have to stop procrastinating, and find ways that would work for me in order to continue what I started. Thank you so much for this video, and I hope to read your book :)

      Oh, thank you. I am so happy that my video could help you. How is it going? Did you write something? I know how hard it is when you get stucked and I suffer from that sometimes. But just keep going and a little bit of structure worked fine for me.

And I’m incredibly happy for you & what lies ahead! I look forward to the English version when it comes out. Will you be doing signed copies of those as well?🖤

    Congrats! It's something magical to hold a book in your hands you wrote and create by yourself!
    Oh and great tips,... thats the way my brain works. I'm really easy distracted from the world. but when it comes to writing, i can focus, because you can set your own goals. i start after a break with 200 words and at the end of the week i end up with 1k a day. but honestly, i don't count daily words anymore. i just have a monthly goal of 10k words :) love your content!

    • @Vildemo
      @Vildemo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      10k a month is a really good goal! What sort of books do you write? Do you write chronologically or do you write the parts you feel like and then put it together in order?

    • @liontalesart
      @liontalesart ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vildemo i write sci-fi/suspence and do like to write chronologically. It will be a mess, when i jump between chapters :D

    that really helped me, because i have the same problem! i always start my story without knowing the ending of it, i always start writing and it ends by me hating it or just let it for when the inspiration comes haha, so thank you so much

    • @Vildemo
      @Vildemo  ปีที่แล้ว

      I know EXACTLY what you mean! I had the same problem. It is so frustrating. But I am thinking that no writing is wasted writing. We learn even if we abandon our work. In my case it is over as soon as I leave it for a while. I never pick up the story again. Can you continue on a story years after? Let me know your secrets! 💖

    Big congrats Vildemo. Love the candle light and music at the end. Many years ago in 2014 I received an email from a newsletter from an author who was issuing a challenge to write 300 words a day. I did that and at the end of the month I totaled 28K words for the first time in my life. It was a big deal and motivated me to teach myself the craft of creative writing which I am still working on. You're right. 300 a day is easy. It's making it a habit that's hard. Making ourselves accountable is important. In 2016 I took up the challenge of writing a novel in 30 days in November with Nanowrimo. I was one of many who won the challenge. Treated myself to a t-shirt. It's important to push ourselves. Look forward to your next video.

      Oh! That is awesome! congrats on winning the challenge! =) Yeah, I think the trick is to write a little every day. It is so easy to get stucked in details and then it all becomes nothing. I still must stop myself when I get to details and give it too much time. I must always remind myself that the important thing is the story. The details I can handle later.

    When the author starts a "n-quantity of words per day" race, the quality of the such written text begins to suffer. As for me the writing of long, but weak texts are worse than writing of short but strong ones. Of course if the writer is a genius, like Nietzsche for example, who could create a famous book "Also shpracht Zarathustra" for 3 weeks, my opinion means nothing)

    • @Vildemo
      @Vildemo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah, it is different what works. If I am doing my best effort for each sentence I will never get pass the first draft 😆 That was what I did for many years and no book was ever written. I needed to make rules for my self to make it work and to push myself. When the story was down on paper I started to correct it it made it more artistic. It worked for me, but it is not true for everyone.
