Bake: 170-180°C (338-350°F) 12-14min
Ingredients:
110g water
5g instant dry yeast
30g sugar
4g salt
50g milk
250g bread flour
30g butter
100g corn
100g mozzarella cheese
Decoration:
Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise
Dried parsley

I made this today and it was so good!! the bread is really soft. I recommend you put lots of corn and cheese in it
이 빵 반죽 넘 맛있는 것 같아용 요즘 계란이 비싸기도 하고 다른 빵 만들 때 이 레시피가 맛있던 게 생각나서 이걸로 했는데 넘 잘 나왔어요~!
이거 어제 만들어 먹었는데 넘나 맛있어요! 오늘 에프에 돌려먹으니까 겉바속촉 돼서 또 맛있네요 ㅋㅋ

I love every of your menu
I made this yesterday and the bread was really soft, even after the next day (be sure to store it in an airtight container). I use less liquid than the recipe and instead of mayonaise, I spread some honey mustard on it. The bread smells really nice when I bake it, and the taste is increasingly 1000% better 😆 Thank you for sharing this recipe!
P.S. : I made into 6 pcs, baked it in 170C for 14 mins and they still white and pale, so I increased the temp to 180C and baked it 4 more minutes (more or less) to get a nice golden brown color. Hope it helps for everyone who wants to try this recipe.

بقدونس مجفف بودرة
# تخبز في فرن سابق التسخين على حرارة 170_ 180°م ( 338_356°ف)
# مدة الخبز لمدة 12_14 /دقيقة

올려 주시는 레시피 이용해 열심히 베이킹 하고 있어요. 손반죽 하다보니 너무 손목이 안좋아져서 반죽기도 사 버렸네요. 그런데 궁금한 게요. .. 반죽을 어떤 빵은 물만 넣고 어떤 건 우유랑 물 섞고 또 어떤 건 계란까지 넣는데 각각의 차이는 뭘까요? 또 굽기전 우유바르는 것과 우유 바르는 것의 차이도 궁금합니다.
