1:28 I remember when there was just a small black water lagoon in the white sand visible in that spot hidden by the jungle. It was a stop off on the way back from Timehri Airport or the annual racing meet at South Dakota Circuit. I'm curious how it became a private property when it used to be a little backwater public space where anybody could go to swim or picnic IF you knew where to find it.

45:45 Seeing the scale of the development, I'm curious about the water and sewage plus electrical & telephone communications services they installed. Perhaps somebody out there can answer.
Limiting structures to a second storey, the building foundation integrity isn't a huge concern even on a sand bedding. Looks like a nice holiday cottage site. Your vlog style is easy to follow.

Depends on what you need, but a single room is estimated to be G$37,000 a night and the Family room is about G$40,000 a night

Hahaha...you're funny! It amazes me with some of these negative responses. Splashmins is both a water park and a resort..as in Hotel, Restaurant and fun park (RESORT) and most people have seen it to just be a water park. So, I'm here to show the world that it's a Resort and a cozy one at that. Some of you should just keep your comments to yourself and allow us Guyanese to continue to prosper and do our thing. You are just a negative individual. Sorry to say!!
