Very rare. seen one myself just recently. as I drive a Honda CRV manual and was looking for an older generation Camry and saw a manual one. It's a Sportivo model. 2007
Bland? The Austin Maestro was actually named the most uninspiring car ever. And ever seen a Lada Samara? 😅 I love these Camrys, think the styling inside and out holds up well. They just do everything well. The manual ones were very rare.
Too bad the V6 didn't come with a manual trans, that thing would scream and with that SE trim would look super sharp. I had a '12 SE automatic and it just wasn't enough car for me. I much prefer this generation anyway. Almost bought a gray, fully loaded 2011 XLE V6 automatic last Spring with 54k on the clock from Carvana. When they brought it to me it was beat all to Hell, scratched up, grimey, stinky but glossed up and greased up real nice for a fake shine.. showed worse than a car with 300k plus on it. For a $20k price tag it was a quick pass, it was such a shame as I had high hopes. The online pictures were not very clear and appeared to possibly have a lot of filters.
I have one of these and the 2.4 has plenty of torque and a light clutch, it's easy to drive all day in the city. But it's not fun for say, passing on a two lane road.

Exactly, I love the way they look the way they feel the way everything about them is, def getting one soon when I can find an SE Facelift manual
@@fhproductions156 You can only get them up until the '09 years with the 2AZ-FE 5-Speed manual. No facelift got a manual, only pre-facelifts.
Oh nevermind, they do have manuals in the facelift versions. Ignore what I said lol.
This is more than rare it's a unicorn🦄 , especially SE model with manual transmission.
Check the oil level on those if you get a chance for them. May even want a top off quart on hand.
What other cars come with this transmission…. I have an 2011 manual transmission Camry base
since it's a 5-speed so the car that would have that is toyota from that era with 2AZ (2.4)
09 corolla xrs
09+ matrix/vibe
09+ scion xb
Didn't know these existed
I have an 09 5 speed manual camry as well. Got the manual figuring I would kill the automatic trying to get the little engine to move...
Still available,Thanks
I’m pretty sure the 2011 was the last year
Maybe in the SE model. But I think it’s 09 in the base model
@@Sn0Pro7 I think 2010/11 the le and se got a 6 speed manual, i think that was the last year. Could be wrong
These 6th gen Camrys were made between 2006 and 2011. Got a mild facelift in 2009.
@@hayden93 , I’ve seen 2011 6spMT Camrys in Canada. We had them here till 2011
@@hayden93 correct.
Im doing a manual swap on a 2010 v6
Hey! Still available? For how much?

Must of stalled a lot when learning?
@@Sn0Pro7 In the early days yes, but now just give gas, release clutch slowly and no issues. Have you driven that manual Camry?
