This is an OT, 2 years later top 5 pallys in the world dont have ml 43 at lvl 2,000 and this guy casually has it at 700? given every bonus he could have with his gear and loyalty this is fishy :

He had prey Def for grimeleech as its shown on video. This was his main defense for that spot

I assume you went with charms on everything? Did you use paral resistance imbuement?
I used wound/hellfleyer, zap/grimeleech, curse/plaguesmith. And no paralysis resistance.

u should try numb on plague smith so they get paralyzed and cant run away ^^ doesnt work all the time but atleast a few times

This is not an ot 🤣 I used +5 mvl cake and +2 mlvl on helmet
pendulet and sleep shawl should be nerfed
I do just as good with a blue collar there :P
The defs of those two items dont bring any benefit in that spawn
