Update: My cooler arrived (Funcooler Pro) and it works awesome on my iPhone XR! Previously I had to run the game on mostly low/medium settings 30 fps to avoid any significant thermal throttling. With the cooler on, i'm now on all medium settings 60 fps with no more throttling. I can even maintain these settings on coop mode with no issues. For those who don't know, Genshin on coop mode with friends is even more demanding compared to single player. I played Genshin from 100% battery all the way down to 20% battery (with cooler attached) and the frame rate was stable throughout! I just want to take a moment to thank you for doing this video- I wouldn't have bought the cooler because i'm a skeptic until I see hard numbers. Your video was super helpful for that. You just saved me $$$ from upgrading my device too. Thank you!

Should of bought the newer model of the blackshark phone cooler. I've had it for a while now and always my go to when doing heavy gaming. Definitely does get cold. Sometimes to cold lmao 😂 but either way phone coolers are definitely the way to go worth investing in if you want to make your phone last for many years.

Yes. But as you can see, it only takes 4 minutes to reach maximum temperature. So the performance in the 10th minute is the same that the one 1 hour later. I have done the tests in my Poco f2 pro. Solid performance in Genshin impact for 2 hours. (Without cooler)

Just believe me - I have thought about heatsink DIY for my iPhone 8 Plus because screen goes dimming after 1 minute of PUBG playing so I was playing with open windows in winter to cool down my iPhone. Also I was going to buy thermal pads 0.5 mm thickness and a copper radiator and etc. but easy and elegant way to calm down it is to buy Funcooler Pro 2 from Xiaomi. Thermal pads - no. Your iPhone will looks like a Frankenstein phone.

pro version have 7 blade fan while non pro is 5 pro version more colder than the non pro pro version have RGB while non dont also the grip of pro version is better than the non. i have both btw and i can confirm both works flawlessly.

Xioami mi 10t pro without fan cooler average fps 55 and iphone 48 fps and with fan cooler 57 fps I am sure if you use fan cooler on a snapdragon 865 device will perform better than the Iphone 12 pro max with fun cooler

Secondly, rog phone 3 can't handle competitive, whereas iPhone has stable 60 fps with screen recording. Thirdly, Rog phone 3 heats up way too much.

It does boost your fps but setting your graphic settings to the lowest and fps to the highest is the best for most if not all games on mobile gaming as it gives you the best fps and rather acceptable battery drain. However I still bought one.
you do not to worry if your phone is iphone since majority of iphone are water resistant. So it should be safe to use, i recommend to use the pro version than non version (white) because it gives MORE cooling performance than the white. The white is actually default at cooling performance. While the pro is more better if you set at freeze.
My understanding is that Samsung's custom Mongoose core was fast - very fast. The problem was that it was too inefficient, so all the throttling basically never let it show off what it could do. If anything, a fan like this should work even better for an Exynos phone, although how well heat will transfer through Samsung's designed glass back remains to be seen. There is also the issue of the inferior Mali GPU, although not much can be done for that.

i suggest you must try the pro version because it gives more cooling performance than non pro (white).
