    Had a similar situation while driving from Manali to Spiti via Kunzum Pass in my Creta. Got 3 tyres punctured, but luckily, a tyre guy in Kaza patched them up. He mentioned the patch would last about 80 km or so. Ended up doing 500 km on that tyre without a single leak! Tyre patch repairs work really well if done properly. Alternatively, you can go for a tube, which can also serve the purpose

      Man, that’s wild! Glad your tyre patch worked out. The Manali-Kaza route is truly a challenging stretch, and it's essential to be fully prepared for such adventurous journeys!

    Bhai maine to precaution ke liye Tyre Shop waali proper L-Tommy and Socket rakh liya hai, kuch ni pata hota kab kya hojaye...
    But haan, aise experiences hi learnings dete hain ❤
