When I first visited Seoul a few years ago...I noticed almost everyone was very well dressed and well groomed. Recycling standards were very high. Latest hi-tech can be seen everywhere. Even the bank's Kiosk ATM used palm vein scans. People at cafes didn't just leave the cups on the table and leave..they would help to throw into the bin or return to the counter....everywhere I went, my eyes were wide open and couldn't keep my mouth close because of this amazing place.
My experience was the same. I was very impressed with how advanced this country is and how clean and responsible people were. I’m from the US and wish it were like that here.

No doubt the architectural interior design in Korea is just jaw dropping...very modern and cosy as they balance it out with plants etc. I’m also impressed with the stores visual display designs. If I were to visit here and explore every nooks and corners, it would take me probably a week...that’s a huge place!! Now I’m missing Seoul so badly.

Department stores and malls are closing down in the States due to the virtual shopping paradigm shift, but Korea shows how to survive from the off line shoppings. This department offers not only shoppings but various elements people actually feel dragged to come out and see these offers.
Congratulations. Very nice and clean. People well dressed, beautiful shops and open. I admire how they preserve the beautiful and rich culture, their high education, their respect for the people, family and ancestors How they care for environment and sustentability.
Now this is what I call a BIG Mall, give me a tour guide to help me around for this one, I would definitely get lost. What’s awesome to, is that there is a hotel with it, so just get you a room and go shopping for awhile then go to your room and rest and then start all over again! Just so magnificent place of all kinds of shops and cafes! Bring plenty of money, know I would go broke if I stayed here all day long. 😂🤣😂

Shopping malls in the US, at least where I live, are dying away. The pandemic of course shortened their death spiral . Online shopping was the stake through it's heart . So this walk in a crowded mall is wild. Thanks !
@@sungsikyun8518 e-commerce is the cause of mall decline.Think Amazon for starters. And if folks are pushing the garbage the US is in decline it is a mistake folks have made in the past. And paid heavily for that mistaken thinking.
They seem to know how to handle everything. They do have pros and cons just like everywhere else, but seems more pros. If I could speak the Korean language well, I would live here.
For those wondering.. this is not a mall, a place where multiple different companies buy space in a big building, It is. A department store that looks like a mall. Hahaha like macys. One HUGE company buys other companies products and sells them. Or has deals with them. This is much better because if one store is not doing well they can just replace it with no vacancies. Also, this was planned like 10 years ago but was just finished recently. There are a few cool malls in Korea. But the department store brands have most of the shares of the shopping market. AK , Shinsege, and a few others

I like seeing the various korean brand goods/stores I've never seen before, as well as other neat styles of brands I'm familiar with. And I wonder how many celebrities you happened to pass by huhu~ Fun fact: I remember seeing a celebrity in a fancy mall once. Anyways, the calm upbeat music and busy mall ambience was nice to listen to as I did some writing. Thanks!

Really enjoy the architecture at 17:30. In America malls seem to be slowly going away but in japan and Korea it seems like malls are still so popular and are not slowing down. It’s great to see because there is something about the mall experience that just feels right 😊

Korea has never shuted down and locked down the country and cities since covid was emerged on January 20th in 2020
