I’d really like to sue the NDRB after submitting 3 upgrade requests. I submitted my final discharge review with my VA problem sheet showing I have a diagnosis of service connected PTSD. That was in October and I have not heard anything back. I have never been able to access my benefits for GI Bill and been denied due to my discharge type for all sorts of services I should have qualified for.
