Hi. I'm Una from Auto-Vox. thank you for your suggestion! We also offer larger-sized products with a 7-inch screen for you to consider. Hopefully, that will better meet your needs!
They missed the opportunity of doubling it up as a CarPlay display as well. Would have sold a lot more if they did, because old cars that don't have backup cameras also don't have CarPlay.
Hi, I'm Una from Auto-Vox. That's a great point! Integrating it with CarPlay would indeed make it more appealing, especially for older cars without both backup cameras and CarPlay. We'll definitely take this feedback into consideration for future product upgrades. Thanks for the valuable insight!
The instructions say if you need to charge the camera after it’s been installed, it says to just slide it off. I can’t seem to get it to do that. Any suggestions?
@@MikesCarInfo thanks, I had that confirmed by the company in China. No good for me, it's to watch bike rack and stuff at back. I'll get a cheaper wired one I think. Any recommendations?
Your built in camera has a much better wide angle view.
Would be cool is this could be integrated with an Android Auto or Apple Carplay app and use the existing car screen for that.
Well done, thanks. 👍
The screen is way too small for my eye's 😮 would be great to pair the camera with either an android or iPad 👍

Make an Android too please
Hello, do You know how wide the lens is?
Hi.
The lens has a wide-angle view of approximately 120 degrees.
The instructions say if you need to charge the camera after it’s been installed, it says to just slide it off. I can’t seem to get it to do that. Any suggestions?
It doesn't slide off. It needs to be unbolted to be removed. If you have a battery bank you could charge it while it is still on the vehicle.
@ Good suggestion. That’ll work for me. Thanks.
Is it possible to leave the screen on while driving for longer periods ie stop the sleep mode ?
Not that I know of. It may drain the camera battery faster than it could recharge using the solar panel.

@@lowplainstu No, I don't have a recommendation. Any decent wired camera system should work fine for that purpose (as long as it stays on).
I really like it but using it as a front camera, to park
