Thanks but still not working. Have looked everywhere online and still cannot find a solution. It's as though the app doesn't index new files automatically, and sometimes it's not until a week or so later they finally appear. Galaxy S21 was flawless, now with the new S24 nothing but issues. If anyone reads this and finds a solution please comment back 😊
