People think i'm nuts because i love my focus so much, but they are a great reliable easy to mantain little car, i have also been doing little improvements to my car as well, mine is a vapor silver 2 door coupe se, i have done mudflaps and bought little fender vents (like your silver vents) but mine are simple carbon fiber, i'll be putting them on when they arrive. I do have to take care of one rocker panel that has alittle rust, but living in N.H. will do a number on your car's paint as far as salt goes. I love what you have done to your blue Gem!!!! It looks good!
I love my 08 MK2 focus and plan on doing some mods nothing over the top but I'm definitely swapping out the factory air filter box for a k&n cold Air Intake , definitely swapping out the factory none synch stereo and door speakers for a aftermarket touchscreen and some 6x8 fosgate speakers , the exhaust is being replaced with a Borla Catback and 2.5" pipe , I'm going with 17" BBS Rims . Other than that I'm keeping it stock .

Do you work for ford dealer? Oh and FYI. I use a black sharpie to fill in the white on your worn buttons on the steering wheel. Works well. Just helps a lil
Hi ..just wondering if your rear defroster is working?..mine is not..maybe it has cut on the line. Its a common problem?..i just want to knoe where to look
I just bought this car today for 4400$ total including everything. Had 157k miles, seemed to be in good condition for now. Hopefully it wasn't a bad decision.
@@eliasan05 A Korean national doctor in residency turned in front of me while I was going 45mph because he didn't understand what a flashing left turn signal meant and thus he totaled my car in October 2020. It was a good car while it lasted. The 2008 Ford focus was supposed to have a lign lasting transmission.

I'm pretty I just came across these videos and I have the exact same Focus 08 5 speed I commented on your other video and now I see you have a motorcycle trailer setup to I have a bite that I'm interested in Towing as well I'd love to know more about this whole set-up you got if you still have it
@@ogshotglass9291 This body style was pretty good and wasn’t the one with transmission issues. 2012 onward were the ones with weak automatic transmissions.
They have power door locks you have to go into the system and turn them on because they do have power when you turn the key car on the play lock but you gotta go into the system and it’s going are off your Safari off right now that’s why you don’t think you have your power door locks but there is powered return them on when you start the car door locked himself I like that that’s backtrack front lot and that security when you’re sitting around like you never know these days with people
I just sold my nice 2010 focus se with 105k miles that I had for 8 years an sold it for 4500 an I got me a really nice 2015 focus for 4600 the 2010 focus I had was reliable only thing I had to do was the motor mounts I made videos of both of them
I hate this car sooo much. I had mine for 10k miles so far and it's caused me nothing but trouble. I know that's cliche for most people to say but I put money I don't have into this thing idk how many times. The first month of owning this car I spent a total of $1k. Like I think through out the time I had it which was probably about 11 months I spend a total of 3k on the car. From tires to engine problems. In the begining I used to take real good care of it. But now I'm just waiting to get a new car. Bought it for $5k already paid it off and I'm just down with this thing.

I got a super clean 2010 SES only 42k og miles on it. And other than being reliable so far, its a totally boring shit box of a car. Had to replace all 3 engine mounts. Which is a horrible design that will continue to fail. But, its not a bad POS commuter car and I guess i dont regret buying this car... but i really should have bought a later model 5 speed scion tc

Jonathan Tyree sold it last year, car started burning oil pretty bad. Though it did tow 1500 lbs quite well!

BlakesCars2 Yeah the dual clutch wasn’t the best. I’ve seen the stick shifts go 200,000+ miles without issues though.

Mine has 226K and is 5 speed love it but love to find one lower miles
