All he saw was Austin getting a long term deal and he got a 1 year option when he really would have stayed for the same money in 2023. Also, Austin Hill or Sheldon Creed both have the potential be good picks for the 8 in '23
Just lots of unknowns in playing, or potentially playing in the background on this one. Gives a lot to think and talk about, until we know for sure what all the parties were really thinking.
Reddick is a great young driver but is he really gonna win a championship with guys like Elliot Larson logano and Ross chastain on the rack with him it’s possible but I don’t think so
He will be a Gibbs driver after Truex or Hamlin leaves or retires.
@@easyenetwork2023 I think joe gibbes will rebrand the #11 team to be the #54 team for Ty Gibbs after next season then 23/11 will get the #11 and but Reddick in that car in 2024
Austin Dillon needs to go back to Xfinity. And that will open up a cup seat for a worthy driver at RCR.
Stop with this “Tyler reddick is a generational talent” nonsense. He ain’t proved anything close to that and the media are hyping him up. Yeah he’s good and he might could become great but he hasn’t proved himself to be all that people are trying to clim he is.
Compare reddicks first three years to ACTUAL generational talents. Gordon for example
I mean they didn't signed Tyler because Ty Dillon will have the other spot since he is from the family. Probably the Dillon brothers next year on RCR.
So a the worst year in RCR history?
Like 25 DNF's and 43 crashed cars , 3 top 5's , 21 15th or worse finishes.
Didn’t Ty and Richard have a falling out
@@nascarjim0223 he just never got the Cup ride AD did.
What about now ???
IDK the family dynamics in RCR but 1) no doubt TR should have BEEN signed! As far as AD goes, he is not producing. Now I would be looking at younger drivers in xfinity and truck Series to get some more young blood in there and start working towards the future. TR is gonna be great @ 2311 RCR NEEDS TO GET RID OF AD! IF NOT HIRE TY DILLON AND FORGET ABOUT IT
"Why" he did it is not my concern. It's how he did it. It's dirty.
Ya, he should’ve announced it last second, right. How dare he give his resignation a year and a half in advance. Doesn’t he know a two week notice is all you need
If I was at RCR Jeffrey Earnhardt would be my choice.
Move Dillion to the 8, put Jeffrey in the 3 and hope the sponsorship money follows.
Hahaha. Jeffrey is a downgrade from Tyler he's about as good as Austin or a little worse but Jeffrey is a better driver than ty
That would be a fantastic choice. Just having an Earnhardt in the 3 would be HUGE!
@@Theotheradamyouknow it doesn't work that way and it's not going to RCR isn't going to just sign Jeffrey because of the last name. RCR is never going to be good if it doesn't have anybody decent.
You all act like Jeffrey is as great as his grandfather was Jeffrey doesn't bring sponsors like Jr did
@@johnhaas2523 I mean you say that about the last name, but the only reason Austin Dillion is there is because of his name. Lol
RCR can't survive if they don't keep their drivers that they bring up through the ranks
23XI has more money than God,their gonna take over NASCAR
RIP....RCR
I'd imagine mj pays his losers. It can't be hard to get someone to drive a car
Someone, who ever is responsible for loosing this kid, NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
5:45 wtf does TJ say????
The shoes a Jordan Brand athlete
Im an Erik Jones fan . For obvious reasons I dont like Denny Hamlin .......so therefore I wont be pulling for Bluedick ..I mean Greendick ... .oops. ......Reddick .
I bet he doesn't achieve close to what he's done this year in the 8 at 23xi ..bubba is the golden boy over there he will get the best reddick will get the worst
i think too much credit is being given to Tyler's talent. there are a handfull of guys that can win in the 8 car. Not saying Tyler is not talented, he is good and he is young...that's why teams went after him but he is no superstar yet
This is only his 3rd full season in cup the first two and a half years he led a total of 73 laps, this year its been 278. He has improved dramatically in consistency, qualifying, and is a great road course racer - which RCR and all the Toyota teams are deficient in, as well as solid at ovals. It shows he is getting much better at running in the front with more top 5's this year instead of more top 10's but a few top 5's. He is entering the playoffs strong and that is with 4 DNF's, trust me he is a superstar that needs a team and car that can keep up with him. He is level headed and well respected by drivers, never shows his ass in front of the camera - a sponsor's dream. He will be a champion in 5 years.
don’t put all your eggs in one basket
Swap drivers at end of year. Kurt to the 8 car.. 2023. Tyler to the 45 2023
Cause he wants to be in the middle?
spot on lol
Lol look I am the furthest thing from an expert but how can you call RCR a super team with a straight face?
What secrets would RCR be in danger of losing considering they, except for Tyler, have been running like 💩! 💯
I want JR to buy RCR, turn into JRM in the cup series. Lets go!
Well, he can always fill that ride with his other incompetent grandson.
Hahaha RCR got the last laugh it’s funny how people think they know much I wish I could’ve seen there mouths drop when they signed
Kyle bush Let’s go RCR iv alway been a dale sr and RCR fan but I have pulled for Kyle since he left Hendricks now finally I got the hole package Busch RCR 2023 champion but he’s got to win to get In first ohhh wait he has already won once oh wait I’m sorry he hasn’t won a race he’s won 2 and on most won the 500 and 2 more
Josh berry to the 8 if he wins the championship
No not a good move man. He will always be 2nd fiddle to AD
Why would anyone sign any driver for 2024 now?? Makes zero sense. If I was rcr I'd say hit the bricks after this season
Makes 100% Sense.
@@johnhaas2523 please explain how this makes any sense. How can you have a guy with a half a season left and then a full season next year before he committed to your team when you know he's leaving you must not know much about work and ethic
@@timwozniak7574 it's good in the point that nobody's asked questions like the driver about 2024 next year.
Kevin harvick announce he was leaving Richard childress in 2012 and would drive for shr in 2014.
Even Kasey Kane announced early
When the 3 car is a runner the driver runs out of talent.
Austin seem to want to be the center of attention especially when there is a wreck
Chlildress are way to focused on the non talent grandkids. They will be a Xfinity series only team if they are lucky
JRM buys RCR for 2024.. JMO
Nope
Childress needs to sell the teams & stick to making wine & ammo.
So Bubba out and Tyler in. That would be perfect.
Nope
Can you all say bye bye Bubba?? He's done at 2311 period.... not Kurt like people are thinking!!!!!
If Kurt doesn't retire 2311 will find a third charter they plan to keep bubble but he is the money man as far as sponsors
I have been watching for a week or so and kinda trying to figure out who you guys are I think y’all are with nascar teams but instead of trying to guess maybe y’all can fill us idiots that just started watching y’all in
These three guys are spotters TJ is Brad's I'm not sure who Brent is the spotter for and Freddy is bubba spotter
KYLE BUSCH will save RCR!!!!!.. 😶. I'll show my self out 🤣
Noah gragson to the 8
42 car
@@johnhaas2523 either him or Kyle bush
@@jaredotfc7433 did you forget about Josh Berry or Sam Meyer?
Well no congratulations from my camp!! I was a fan of Tyler especially when he was in xfinity now I’m not much of a fan of cup racing only truck and xfinity racing..but beings I’m not and never will be a fan of crybaby DH so now no fan of tyler…but I guess sux for RCR!!but RCR lost a good driver if Richard would just get rid of cpl more of his non competitive drivers “wanna be tv star” RCR could be more competitive…

Jr Motorspotrs buys or merges with RCR.
