I am a kind person, I like meditation, yoga, participate in charity events, and now I must care about little girl from my husband's 1st family(his 3 y.o. daughter live with us from this month, because her mom is not so interesred in growing children) girl is cute, but sometimes so crazy, I'm not understand how to stop her)))) should I create an everyday routine like you to make her more kind? Is it important? What is the secret which will make her more relaxing?)
