Its now 2021 soon to be 2022 and I miss this show so much I just finished watching every season of chuck once again I can't stop watching it chuck is my favorite TV series I was only 8 years old when this show ended now I'm 17 almost 18 I wish there were more story to Sarah and chuck I really want another season or a couple movies made and I really want Sarah to get her memories back and I want to see Sarah and chuck buy there dream home together and have a family
This is the first most pivotal scene in Chuck, and we learn allot of secrets. 1) we will see Chuck and Sarah together from this point on ...hmmm, 2) we find out that Sarah falls for Chuck on their first date (but not falls in love...that in the Santa Clause episode, 3) we know why she was going to go with Chuck. She was going to go with Chuck even if he killed the mole, but it was the best news she had ever herd because she fell in love with Chuck because he was and innocent that represented a strong guy with morals that helped people and a family and home she never had. Great love story, with action, and comedy- I miss it allot.
Thx for the comment. But as I have said before, Sarah says she fell for Chuck that first day…but on the DVD she said she loves Chuck in the Santa Clause episode. I can explain more but let’s keep it simple.
@@spencerbrown5063 in the Santa Claus episode is when she realize she is indeed in love for Chuck. Before she didn't know what she was feeling because she never had those feelings, and so she didn't recognize them. Even Carina said that in the episode Chuck vs the wookie.
@@PhlilipeAlvesI'd say she started to realize it at the end of the previous episode, when her dad even acknowledged that Chuck loves her, and the scene with the bracelet clinched it for her.
+gargouenzene Actually within the episode because Fixing her phone was their first meet and before he defused the bomb was close to the end of the episode. Maybe when he helped the little girl or during their date.
M. Smith It was two things - helping the little girl, and his NOT calling her for a date - that got to her heart. The latter showed that he wasn't the type to try just to take a shot at bedding her, and the former showed that he was both kind to people in need & good with kids. Think about it; from her childhood to high school to her time in the CIA, she's known only players, creeps, killers and dishonorable people - including her father - and then, there's Chuck... as she told Graham, he's a nice guy. There's a very real chance that he's the first real guy that she's met who actually is a nice guy, and that spoke to something in her. Chuck is not just a nice guy, but a good person (Casey would say as much, two years later, and compliment her on choosing him). Sarah could say (and in a sense, DID say, especially in reference to guys like Bryce) the line that Anthony Michael Hall said in 'Weird Science': "Bryce is everything I wanted in a man... until I realized what I wanted in a man." What she wanted was a good man, a man who was capable yet open to suggestions who was kind and strong without having to buy into what others said he had to be, and he was not only himself a good person, but all the things that had happened or would happen couldn't and didn't change that inherent goodness. Sarah fell for him almost immediately. How could she not? In her business, she had a life predicated upon the idea that you might die tomorrow, so enjoy now... and she comes across this guy who can let her see what tomorrow might look like for her, if she's with him. How could Sarah not fall in love with him almost immediately... even if she refused to see it or admit it right away? Hell, almost everyone else COULD see it, even though those two didn't.
This is also why she does not want him to become like her or the other cold blooded killers. She likes to work with him, to do spy work with him, but is mainly happy that he wants to pursue a life with her and becomes a spy for her. She just doesn´t want him to change and take part in missions, without being an assassin. This is pretty difficult to achieve and she knows it, thus getting afraid when learning the CIA wants to turn him into one. She probably hoped for him to be "on board" for missions but without being a full grown spy. In the end, however, she hopes to live a life with him, no matter if spy or not. For her, Bryce was attractive and she surely liked him and felt something for him, Shaw was probably just a distraction, perhaps interesting and attractive again, but Chuck is the only one she really sees as a life long partner (before she may have been quite serious with Bryce as well, but after meeting Chuck she obviously chooses Chuck over Bryce). Many might dislike the whole thing with Shaw, but Chuck also was looking for distraction with Hannah, and clearly Sarah´s attraction to Shaw, or to act on it was a result of Chuck´s realtionship as well. In the end it never really proved to be well founded or indeed, healthy. @@brothergrimace2452
I think it's so perfect that it is not a scene where there is a gun fight or a heroic moment, the reveal of her love is when he is down drinking, because he is down. So fitting! She loves him and is there for him in this moment:)
Such a powerful and important scene. When she drops her shoulders, and says, 'You're still MY Chuck,' it just melts me. So wonderful. Who knew I was such a softie.
It's just that when a woman goes to bed with someone she doesn't love and the man does the same with a woman then the trust is finished in every relationship and can never come back 100% you will never trust a person even if the person says they love you because every time the person goes out for a walk and doesn't come home at the agreed time one wonders if the person is with a lover this applies to both sexes so it's only in idiotic plots in series in real life relationships end because of the trust came to an end
Alright, but can we talk about how good of a friend Morgan is when it counts? - Chuck has gotten plastered and tied up his best friend. The first thing he says the minute he’s cut free? “I forgive you.” Not wanting the last thing he says to Chuck before he leaves to be anything other than letting him know they’re still friends and that he doesn’t hold this against him. - When he’s told that Chuck forgot Sarah’s wedding rings and that he needs to stall the wedding (by any means necessary, which was their code for “Make an ass of yourself”) he agreed with absolutely zero hesitation saying “You’ve saved my butt a million times, time for me to return the favor.” Yeah he screws up because Morgan’s an idiot, but he genuinely loves his best friend, and when it counts he pulls through.
I love this show and I love this moment. I remember screamjng finally! P.s. Anybody else notice Sarah grabbed a knife out of her bra? Would be so uncomfortable...just saying.
As to when... Sarah Walker arrived in Burbank with lifetime of emotional walls, trust issues and only superficial relationships, that were immediately shaken by her encounter with Chuck's goodness and grace. Between the first encounter smile, watching Chuck with the little ballerina, him not immediately calling her, and the way he made her feel as they spoke, Sarah felt love for Chuck on their first date. But her duties, her professional acumen, and mostly her walls, would not allow Sarah to fully admit her true feelings to herself for another 564 days (just after having been given the Mom's bracelet and Chuck's jacket). And of course, it's not until this drunken moment, over a year and a half latter still, when Chuck finally has the despair to ask "the question" that Sarah finally tells him - Yes. (though back in Castle a day or two earlier, when Chuck professes his love and asks Sarah to run away with him and kisses her... at that moment...then solidified by Casey' telling her that Chuck didn't kill.... Casey killed the mole..... she consciously decides... it's Chuck, it's always/forever going to be Chuck)
