For me and a friend we tried to make a slug like mob and the part with the ai works but the texture isnt loaded so its still an iron golem. we really dont know why and we tried it for like an hour. do You have any idea why it wont work? our server is on 1.17.1. would be nice to get an answer.
i loaded the plugins but it didnt generate the folders..... what is this issue??? how can I fix it?

I'm a visual learner and not many tutorials go so in depth on blockbench . I def can say you have one of the best tutorials and need to be recognized more . Thanks man, I know this wasn't easy. Is there a way to make a light attached to the mob? Im making an anglerfish for a horror ocean custom biome thing
You can create emissive textures so if a player has optifine it actually glows :) However if you want it to commit light you can use a block mask in MythicMobs to spawn light blocks where the mob is. /Fred

Very helpful tutorial! I think maybe you should explain that it is a SPIGOT plugin, not a Bukkit plugin. I didn't want to pay for a server and made a bukkit server, I spent a ton of time trying to figure out why it wasn't working. Maybe you could specify it is a SPIGOT plugin, and not a bukkit one.
if you spend so much time on a server you should know the difference between spigot and bukkit :/
just use PaperMC supports both bukkit and spigot plugins

what if i dont want to spend money to host a server is there an easy way like this to script a mob? im having a difficult time with creating behavior i like with some of my custom mobs there arent any real good tutorials ive found yet

Did rocky actually replace the iron golem, or just use its features as a basis, but is its own individual mob type?

Second option! It only uses its features as a basis like you said, if you were to spawn in an iron golem it would just be normal :)
You can also make multiple custom entities that use the same basis without anything messing up im sure
MythicMobs just borrows the AI and base mob settings, but it's completely custom and different mob.
Here is used Iron Golem, but yo ucan spawn vanilla iron golem with no issues. You could also make 999 types of these rocky golems, without causing trouble to vanilla golems or other 998 rock-y golems
I just made and animated a mob for my girlfriend but realized you used fabric, our world is Forge.
I've been searching everywhere is there an way to create the mob and keep its animations? I've got 0 experiences besides block bench at this point

If he doesn’t allready, he should work for mojang. Imagine how much better mobs will look with proffesional detailing and depth
I have to ask, I want to make my mob an isolated creature that is really only good when someone's using it in singleplayer. What do I do instead of using revivenode? I can't pay for the monthly or quarterly subscriptions, and only now after modelling, texturing, and animating, do I find out I have to pay to have them in-game

Yay finally!!!
I uploaded my model to blueprint model, however when I reloaded, it said 0 models loaded.
I followed everything from part 1, including all 5 animations, paint, and such.
Is there anything that I might have done wrong or missing something?
@Badeanden2 I found the issue. You have to change UV Mode to other than Box UV.

@@JaCob_101_ In my case, I did it after texturing. I never tried done that before texturing, just try it with simple model if you are not sure.

could you please do CratesReloaded? an in-depth explication would help a lot! a solid number of your videos have helped and become very beginner friendly compared to other channels like thebreakdown as you speak very clearly and have quite nice resolution to your screen recordings
@Diamondxr, It doesn't work out for me. The problems began with Box UV which I switched off and then Texturepack in the Folder didn't work too. I did 1:1 the same you did and it just doesn't do it.
Even adding is not working at all. Can we perhaps sit this problem out ? Would be thankful for that.
Open BlockBench. File -> Project -> Convert Box UV to Per-face UV -> Save

are you in bedrock? if so your hitbox isn't necessary and is visible

No, but you can host a spigot server on your computer and connect using local host.

/spawnmob command only works for me when I have Paper loader installed on my Revivenode hosting. If I have Forge or Fabric installed, the /spawnmob command gives me an error message "Unknown or incomplete command". Anyone know why that is? Thanks in advance!

it says there is no mob type found with the name rocky when i write /spawnmob rocky ( i reloaded, saved file as rocky.yml and followed the tutorial, can someone help please? ) 14:36
Edit : also i noticed that the resource pack isnt working as well, i putted it in folder and dragged it to mc and it doesnt show up in the menu
