I’d actually be impressed if someone tried to fuse all the elements of the Settings and Gameplay of Looter Shooters to create the ultimate time waster game. So you would play as Resurrected Lich-style Nanite-Infused Warriors who use Mech suits and got psychic powers from alien storms.
Yeah that’s the plan for me, finished the tutorial and did some beginning missions. Now I’m just waiting for my homies to download it and play when we all got free time

You can also earn said premium currency for free easily in warframe, and colors aren't one-time use. This game ripped warframe's monetization 1:1, then removed the parts that made it accessible to F2P players. The grind in warframe also isn't as ridiculous. It can take long, but for a prime warframe, you're probably looking at 6 hours of farming parts. For a prime descendant (or whatever they're called), it's roughly 100 hours for one character.

It has pretty good potential. The ui is pretty simple comlared to others and map navigation and story is dumb and simple to follow with a pretty like overwatch feel of character charm. Im deff into it as a looter shooter to zone out to.
Anyone starting out thinking "wow this is easy", remember - first map is just training, and they want you to feel strong. The game will swap to being suddenly very hard to solo.
Fun to just hop on and mess around I'm sure the late game if there's more bosses etc is fun, but it's pretty generic. Since it's F2P I give it a pass and still enjoy it

Honestly pretty fun. It's got it's issues, but so did (and still does) Warframe. I know it's Nexon and while the cash shop is roughly the same as Warframe, I do hope Nexon seea this attwntion and changes it up. Devs did say something about trading currency a la Warframe. Otherwise, it's honestly a breath of fresh air. Love healthy competition.
Game feels a lot like warframe did 10ish years ago before it got super complicated, flaws and all. It’s actually less monetized than warframe, if you don’t consider player trading. Abilities feel crispier but the gunplay is much worse and the movement is more standard shooter.

Plus on top of this, the real important items you can "earn" in the game like the stuff that doubles your weapons mods space or characters mod space, does have listed drop rates...but other less important things do disclose it 🤔. That's because they are abysmal drop rates and it's better left undisclosed. This game is a dumpster fire you throw money at. I give it no more than a week before the playerbase catches on and leaves this game in the trash can where it belongs.
You are insane. The grind here is way, waaay worse, and by that makes the insane monetization more appealing. In WF I could farm 60 plat to buy a Prime Warframe full set in 1 hour doing early game relic farms. In TFD some Desc. Parts are 3% drop chance on the Bosses. It's insane.

I’ve played warframe up to mastery 20 destiny2 up till that last 2dlcs I can see the first descendants being good a year down the road from now. I’m level 40 already. Game is so freaking boring after the crap story. Like it’s wasn’t bad but never grabbed my attention.
Give it a month. This game is gonna fall off like helldivers did I swear people think generic games are gonna last longer than 2 months. This game has nothing innovative or interesting so at best I’d give it a month. It feels like a mobile game
I want to see them lift the best of features and what customers love about Warframe more than they did. They are doing some things right, but let's not lie they need a lot of work to catch up to Warframe. I would love to see better customer pricing and better customization which is something Warframe and even Destiny, or heck even Anthem surpassed their offering.

So I was playing this game. Got into the game world and right as I was talking to the 2nd NPC the game crashes... Then when I try opening the game again... It starts patching itself from 8/30GB Bruuuuuhh... what? Choppy, Laggy, in Medium settings with a RTX 3070.... dunno... needs optimizing still
Did you download it on an SSD? I put it on one of my other hard drives first n it ran like shit, then I uninstalled it n put it on my SSD n now I can run it on ultra/high n I have a 3060 lol... it doesnt say its recommended to install on an SSD on the store page so I thought I could put it ont my HDD guess not lmao...

Apart from micro transactions which I think there there for those a who absolutely have to waste money in a game. This game is fun. Am a casual and those who are try hards and sweats aren’t going to like it. There is a solid foundation to the game that be on if they don’t fuck it up can be a good game to play and come back to. If they add more characters, story(expansions/dlc) more bosses, more gameplay modes (survival? PvP?, assasinations? ) could be a fun game thoes who say it’s trash and grindy are probably trying to try hard it and sweat it to end game which is what is bad about gaming nowadays

Its Nexon, it mines your GPU, they collect and sell data to third parties (its in their TOS). Only decent thing are the graphics, but its simply just because its Unreal Engine 5 - its just copy pasted assets anyway. Its eye candy and a pretty wrapper with 0 foundation and it's completely hollow on the inside; this game looks way better on YT playthroughs than it actually feels to play. And I was excited to play it too... Laziness in every aspect, everything feels cheap, 0 innovation, the game hasn't changed a bit since the first closed betas. Total disaster.
Its like anthem and destiny, id say warframe but the movement isnt fluid like warframe, but its anthem and destiny had a xhild but it got 85% of anthem, but i will say its a lot like what anthem ahould have been, i just started playing it im not super far yet and havnt messed around too much with all the logistics of materials, just been doing the missions and thats about it, its pretty fun tho i do enjoy it, the Alpha tho 😂 makes me crnge ever time i hear him talking, his lines are awful

Everyone is always going to say “previous one did it better” but I genuinely think that warframe combat feels awful. I think all the animations look janky and the mob AI is some of the worst I’ve seen in any game. I can’t play it for more than 20 minutes. This game isn’t nearly as boring imo

@@vajaspiritos744 Yes, you can shoot, slash, and jump through hoards of brain dead enemies, but it just doesn’t FEEL good. You can do that in a lot of games, but the attacks in warfare feel so weightless. I don’t really know how to describe it. It feels more like you’re floating awkwardly through the air and all the enemies are just butter. I don’t know if that makes sense or not, but it just feels awful to play for me. But in TLD, it just feels better to play. It has better movement imo, warframe is too “floaty” for me

What is with games like this and Destiny making it so that humanity is always on the brink of collapse? That is one of the reasons I like Warframe. The Tenno aren't about to collapse, they are they ones who overthrew the Orokin and we could probably take out both the Grineer and Corpus if we really cared enough.

Played all alphas and betas of this game and can't personally recommend it. This game is what I assume to be a cash grab when you look at the cosmetic prices. Also the developer Nexon tells me this game doesn't last a month. Please try it out if you like but I would suggest you not purchase anything so Nexon doesn't go and make another money-trap of a game again.

for anyone wondering, i'd say the game is fun to play. story isn't anything to write home about, it is pay to win in a way. i say way because there is no pvp and there are no raids where people demand you have certain weapons or descendents or anything of the sort. it's pay to win if you want to get everything without grinding asap. it does use lot of mobile game mechanics like crafting weapons and descendents takes actual time lol. but it's f2p and if you want to just sit down, have some casual fun? it is definitely that :) second to second gameplay is definitely fun imo. movement is quite clean as well.

The game is good to me. Nothing crazy and it’s free. I like shooting and farming things. Definitely seems more challenging in the wave based modes.

If they add more characters, story(expansions/dlc) more bosses, more gameplay modes (survival? PvP?, assasinations? ) could be a fun game thoes who say it’s trash and grindy are probably trying to try hard it and sweat it to end game which is what is bad about gaming nowadays

Um. That is what you do in Warframe man. Play the missions. Get end game. Now rhe game finally starts. Like The Devision. It does literally tell you what to do man. Don't let UI menus confuse you. All games UI are the same but just look different or simply use different words when it all means the same as any other game.

Its Nexon, it mines your GPU, they collect and sell data to third parties (its in their TOS). Only decent thing are the graphics, but its simply just because its Unreal Engine 5 - its just copy pasted assets anyway. Its eye candy and a pretty wrapper with 0 foundation and it's completely hollow on the inside; this game looks way better on YT playthroughs than it actually feels to play. And I was excited to play it too... Laziness in every aspect, everything feels cheap, 0 innovation, the game hasn't changed a bit since the first closed betas. Total disaster.
Its like anthem and destiny, id say warframe but the movement isnt fluid like warframe, but its anthem and destiny had a xhild but it got 85% of anthem, but i will say its a lot like what anthem ahould have been, i just started playing it im not super far yet and havnt messed around too much with all the logistics of materials, just been doing the missions and thats about it, its pretty fun tho i do enjoy it, the Alpha tho 😂 makes me crnge ever time i hear him talking, his lines are awful

You can earn a small amount of stash space m by leveling your master rank up but you eventually hit a cap. Warframe also charges for stash space but the bug kicker is TLD has random rolls on all items and items drop at a very high rate (for a reason, so you need to purchase more space). Plus on top of this, the real important items you can "earn" in the game like the stuff that doubles your weapons mods space or characters mod space, does have listed drop rates...but other less important things do disclose it 🤔. That's because they are abysmal drop rates and it's better left undisclosed. This game is a dumpster fire you throw money at. I give it no more than a week before the playerbase catches on and leaves this game in the trash can where it belongs.

Everyone is always going to say “previous one did it better” but I genuinely think that warframe combat feels awful. I think all the animations look janky and the mob AI is some of the worst I’ve seen in any game. I can’t play it for more than 20 minutes. This game isn’t nearly as boring imo

Shooting and slashing and jumping thru hoards as a space ninja. Combat is fast and fluid bullet jumping feels amazing. Ofc if this is not to you liking that is perfectly fine this is just my opinion.

@@vajaspiritos744 Yes, you can shoot, slash, and jump through hoards of brain dead enemies, but it just doesn’t FEEL good. You can do that in a lot of games, but the attacks in warfare feel so weightless. I don’t really know how to describe it. It feels more like you’re floating awkwardly through the air and all the enemies are just butter. I don’t know if that makes sense or not, but it just feels awful to play for me. But in TLD, it just feels better to play. It has better movement imo, warframe is too “floaty” for me

What is with games like this and Destiny making it so that humanity is always on the brink of collapse? That is one of the reasons I like Warframe. The Tenno aren't about to collapse, they are they ones who overthrew the Orokin and we could probably take out both the Grineer and Corpus if we really cared enough.

Played all alphas and betas of this game and can't personally recommend it. This game is what I assume to be a cash grab when you look at the cosmetic prices. Also the developer Nexon tells me this game doesn't last a month. Please try it out if you like but I would suggest you not purchase anything so Nexon doesn't go and make another money-trap of a game again.

Oh man that voice, Bunny is so annoying i had to turn the volume down only enough to hear the gunshots and charlie lmao. for anyone wondering, i'd say the game is fun to play. story isn't anything to write home about, it is pay to win in a way. i say way because there is no pvp and there are no raids where people demand you have certain weapons or descendents or anything of the sort. it's pay to win if you want to get everything without grinding asap. it does use lot of mobile game mechanics like crafting weapons and descendents takes actual time lol.
but it's f2p and if you want to just sit down, have some casual fun? it is definitely that :) second to second gameplay is definitely fun imo. movement is quite clean as well.
