- It's kinda like the ex you really want to hold onto, but with their flaws you have to do what's best for you. That's how I feel about the Sony XG300. I want it to be better... and I hope it gets better in the next version. Right now though... nah.

Pro tip: Having viewers listen to the sound quality only reveals the quality of the microphone used and the listening device that the viewer is using. Unless you're using the speaker for yourself, there's no way to judge the sound quality.
I mean you still can. Maybe not quality but listen to the bass.

I just bought an XG300 speaker and when I select STROBE mode light effect it's not actually a strobe, instead random colors are changing. Does yours has the same behaviour when on STROBE?

I’m sorry but bro. How in hell do you only get two "shower" sessions with your XG300?! Do you take 5 hour long showers or something?! Mine at around 65-75% volume for 25 ish minutes it lasts 10 with some day to day listening time.
I blast it at full volume
I was gardening for hours, no problem I don’t know what kind of shower he was taking
my only problem with this is the volume sometimes go down automatically by itself.
maybe because of low battery of overheating?
is there a setting to turn this off?
I never had that issue so idk what to tell you. Check all the app settings.

I just got one yesterday. Maybe you connected your speaker to multiple devices by bluetooth, and for some reasons, it seems trying to reconnect by bluetooth to the other devices once in a while so the sound gets lower for 2 seconds. That is my hypotesis.

Sony used to make good b.t speakers,but this one is pure trash.i returned it hrs later ,it cannot handle low frequencies and its not that loud,a total and complete waste of $$$.not even worth 20$
And worse than Bose!!
