Through all of his success, drake is still the same to this day. I just watched rap radar, and came back to this, and noticed how little he changed. He blows my mind everyday. The goat. Untouchable
There’s more pain in the rap radar though. Here he’s very hungry to write history. In the rap radar one he’s surpassed everyone’s expectations, even those of his own. He’s literally turned his idols into his rivals like Ye and Pusha T. The interview is in a fat ass house in his home town but in the video Chicago Freestyle where he’s counting his money and the song ends… it just looks like he’s made it to such a height that he’s untouchable 🐐
He is very different in this interview he is more humble timid drake now is more confident more arrogant says more slick remarks. Definitely not the same.
I love Drake so much, like I don't know how to explain how much his music has affected my life. There's like a line with the right melody and it hits and I cry and shit there's those lyrics in every one of his songs that just speaks to me. It's gotta be crazy living in his mind.
it's crazy watching this interview five years later and hearing drake talk about how wayne is the icon of our generation and how wayne will have his face on shirts decades from now and how wayne will be remembered like a jimi hendrix/bob marley kind of cultural figure.....but little does drake from five years ago know that it's actually going to be him.

SSJ Blue Evolution Mastered Ultra Instinct Gogeta bruh all rappers use ghost writers. I've been watching as many Drake interviews as i can and this one must be the most genuine interview I've seen so far. Katie Couric has that talent of being comfortable and creating the interviewee comfortable. Awesome interview. Oh, and I love DRAAAAKE! Te quiero con todo mi ser!!

Wow!!! Drake's five o'clock shadow beard is growing before my eyes. At the beginning, it was more shallow and toward the end it thickened up. That's crazy!
I’m surprised no one is bringing up how condescending Katie was when discussing hip hop music and culture. Early on she said “how did a good Jewish boy end up here.”
For me, it was questioning whether or not Sade is timeless. Of course, she is. People still listen to her music, but a white woman like Katie Couric simply cannot believe something like this. Sade is more relevant today than Katie Couric is right now.
