For posting up bro, double tap the dribble/post up button in the lower right while at the post. The key there is that you must long press your second tap so that it will post up. Double tap (first tap - quick, second tap - long press). To dunk on defenders you must have high driving dunk attribute. And equip dunk packages, alley-oop packages, and contact dunk packages.
