I just don’t understand why they felt the need to make this change. It’s not any more efficient, buttons are smaller (seems they’re the same across all platforms so great on my tablet but bad on my phone) and stuff is sorted illogically, at least compared to the original. I’m all for change but this was in a wrong direction imo.
They should stop wasting resources on changing things like the UI, it doesn't fix anything in the game, just pretties it up a bit. There's a lot that needs worked on in the game, and this isn't one of those things.
Yeah, my Game is constantly crashing during battles. Also the battle maps are sometimes covered in glitches. I’ll see Yellow and green glitches in the background during a Fight, Then the screen starts freezing. It’s unacceptable
new event UI is absolutely awful. 'oh a notification for an event' but when opening events there is no indication of what is new or what the notification was for. It looks way too cluttered, odd that this is what they have put their limited resources on to.
Also its annoying trying to look at scores menu for say like alliance BG milestones, for example, they made it harder and more confusing to look at the leader board to see who in my alliance is putting up points and who isnt
My issue with the UI is it is too busy. It is harder to read with ask of the graphics. Yes it looks more modern but it feels harder to find things. Since this was presented as part of their attempts to simplify the game, it doesn’t feel like it succeeds at that.
Not only that, they also said the main objetive for the UI change was to rearrange things for an upcoming global event called "Realm Events" which is coming in September

Also with the new UI, my feedback would be, along with removing the all event button, add a flash or small icon for new events that pop up. I keep figuring out what’s new and what’s there and like takes a few seconds to focus and read everything.

But there's a usability level where a new UI should be designed by UX/UI professionals, not developers, not game designers. This new UI is a massive fail in terms of usability and user experience because does not follow any guideline.

It needs an overhaul on the overhaul already, i get notifications for new events or whatever, click in the objectives tab and see nothing that stands out and says its new. The u.i. needs to prioritize new objectives as well as objectives expiring soon like the old u.i. did and maybe make it easier to look at the leader boards for stuff like alliance BG objectives.
As for myself, I find the new screens difficult to use and to find what you’re looking for. It’s too cluttered and too busy. I don’t particularly like the new level up features. The preset to use the newest iOS 1st is frustrating.
The background images and text size are my biggest complaints. If you are going to put noisy background images, don't put it behind the text or give us an option to turn them off.
I think the UI would be way better if it was a grid like 3x3. That way you could see everything at once. If you look now there is a lot of wasted space. And if the symbols could be simpler that would be better.

We been giving Kabam "constructive criticism" and "feedback" for YEARS, they have choosed to ignore us for so long that we just dont care anymore. Most people like the old UI because its SIMPLER and EASY to navigate. If they put all the objectives in groups, when you reach a milestone that objective should be on top so we can access it faster. Updating the UI should help people, make it easier to navigate, not just a make up, wich is what they did. They made UI graphics big and shinny...like its a game for 5 yearolds.
Rich, I’m not saying to KABAM don’t try. But rather let’s try in a beta or test session first before we drop something in the entire community. It doesn’t feel like KABAM does this enough or even at all….

I was waiting incursions to bring back t4a shards bec im missing 6k from new r3 7*. And after waiting its delay, it was for my disappointment there wasnt any. Got kabamed good 🤦🏻♂️

Did anyone else notice the new Level Up interface Kabam added is broken? I tried it with my 7* Hawkeye, the interface showed me what I needed from my stash to level up to the max. I took 1 7500 brick off to level up to 24, and paid the 812K gold. When I checked my champ in the roster, it only went up to Lvl 19. Yes, I put in the ticket, and the Kabam rep just sent the generic response instead of paying attention that I already provided the information they needed to log it in. Smh
Idk if it's just me but I get the worrrsst match ups is battlegrounds... Like it's ridiculous! One every 5 is about my level.. I know the last ones were kinda easy sort of speak and there has been some balance but I don't see it. Don't know if I'm the only one
I agree with its a backwards step. Why make the writing stupid small? Did they even test how it looks. Its hard to find what ya working on and if you complete them. Such a dumb thing to change. Nothinf wrong with old version. Was nice and simple. Didnt need looking at or changing. Feels like a wasted venture while they dodge the real game issues

Like 6 months ago I was always in M1-2 now if I finished in Q3 I am happy … to many points and to much time , half year ago was more easier like now , and Kabam do nothing , I can say al good person from kabam no more there , now we are have just the idiots in management! I think and of this year I retired forever ! I play this game for the first month… sad 😢

Kabam changed the UI, which was not broken but will not fix what is broken in game. Now the UI is trash, thanks Kabam.

I do like how when you click claim it will auto scroll to the claimable reward. Unlike the old one where you have to scroll for days

This new change is not what everyone was expecting. This is doing too much.
I really don’t like the UI or the potion/revive during matches. They could spend the time and resources fixing actually issues with the game.
The new UI is straight up horrible. Words appear so small on phone I got no clue where each quest rewards are.
Also the graphic that Jax shows with dates on it is incorrect as those dates don’t match up.
