7812 'Erlestoke Manor' CHARGES up the GRADIENTS of the Bluebell Railway, May 2024

GWR Manor No 7812 'Erlestoke Manor', from the Severn Valley, was a visiting locomotive for the Bluebell Railway's Branch Line Gala Weekend. The loco then stayed for the next weekend's Road Meets Rail event. Here we see No 7812 hard at work charging the gradients of the Bluebell Railway, on three dates in May.

At 5:42, it may appear that No 7812 passes a signal at danger. The signal that can be seen controls departure from platform 3 (the platform used) via the loop line. The signal authorising No 7812 to depart via the main line is just out of the top of the shot, as can be seen more clearly at 0:01.
