You don't know that yet. Did you ever watch them perform together? We only know the girls through short videos that YG made to promote them. The company, on the other hand, has been training and assessing them for years. They probably know it better, so trust them and let them decide. This whole thing is not only about the girls' future but also the company's future. YG invested a lot in the trainees. They deserve to debut the best team.

I think we all misunderstood thinking that all members will be evaluated and reduced to less than seven like a survival show. But from my understanding, It's not a survival show. It is a story about how each trainee doing all the evaluation (from monthly to final) and get pass to be selected as the members of Babymonster. This series is actually more of documentary videos.
When YG says "it will definitely be less than 7-members", it might actually happen in the past (maybe in 2021 or 2022). Since everyone met the expectation, YG decide to make them all in one group and decide to make an Introduction and Live Performance videos for each of them. That's why in Live Performance videos they didn't wear Name Tag.
Also for perspective:
The Ruka in Live Performance has more confident and own color than the Ruka in Last Evaluation.
The Ahyeon in Live Performance are more polished than the Ahyeon in Last Evaluation.
The Pharita in Live Performance has better vocal than the Pharita in Last Evaluation.
That means the timeline is, the Live Performance *must come after* the Last Evaluation.
By that logic, if Ruka, Ahyeon, Pharita, & other member didn't make it through Last Evaluation,
and become Babymonster member; why then YG bothered to upload every Live Performance?
I hope yg will debut all of them. They all are so best . And we support them
