Well with the OTA ATGMs the reason for that is the ATGM has to go higher than the laser it is riding. It then overcorrects and eventually evens out like IRL OTA ATGMs. As for automatic lock, do you mean the FCS feature when using joystick mode? I don't use Joystick mode as the movements cannot be precise vs using just the mouse.
@@OptiPopulus Ah yeah, there is a lock-on feature for some tanks I saw in some videos to targets (I don't know how to use it.) I was wondering if that could minimise the problem of the ATGM causing the tank to shake up and down. That being said, I've using Hawk Republic Tanks and they have the same issue despite them not being OTA and being direct fire where the arrow mark on the gunner sight is at. (Tier-1 tanks.)
Honestly, I hate that ATGM's in tanks always keep bobbing, does using Automatic Lock prevent them from bobbing up and down?
