Well they do hold open auditions to be part of the crew every January I believe. Even current members have to audition to retain their positions in the crew (Minus the leaders) . That said they are a crew from New Zealand, so to be part of the crew you would have to move to another country altogether. Some of the members are internationals that moved just for the sole purpose of being part of this crew.
You have to watch them live. They are incredible. I watched them live yesterday in NZ, so amazing, I want to see more. I am going to see their mid year show next month. Can't wait.

The older girls in pink are known as the bubblegum . They are all royal family . The same dance group. Google bubblegum and your see they are basically the younger version of the rest of the crew. The bold head girl is the lead choreographer her names Parris and this is her dance crew. She is the one that choreographed justin biebers - sorry clip and a whole lot more world renowned artists around the world. She is precise with how clean she wants everything done. She is amazing at what she does lol . This is awesome watching people react to nz talent its great
For as many people as they had on their team they were very powerful I didn't catch but a couple mistakes. I did notice a couple moves that they learned from Le twins. In their bio they say that they got inspiration from Le twins.which I think is absolutely awesome.
