I was in Amy's place in 2018 when I went to Taipei after 30 some years since I was there. Because I saw Amy's video on youtube I specially made a trip to Tamsui just to try out her Fish and Chips, it was BOMB! Hers is way better than the ones in Seattle where I lived. I definitely will go to Amy's place again next time in Taiwan.

I love British cottage pie. I used to go to a British teahouse for that. When they closed, I started to make it myself and did a pretty good job of it. When I go back to Taiwan, I would love to visit your restaurant.
