  • Back with another fun rug design! Today we are tufting a Poké Ball rug with our tufting gun! This one is a lot of fun, and surprisingly simple. Simple design, very few colors. A great project for beginner tufters! So sit back and enjoy the rug tufting, or set yourself up and make your own right along with me! Thank you all so much for watching my goofy rug making videos!

Can you make a video on how to make a shag or fluffy rug, please?

Hmmm.. I’ve never made a shag rug. But I will certainly give it a shot. Could make for a fun project.

Tuft-stuff.com Definitely the best kind that I’ve used. Very resistant to tearing.

Thank you :) I watched a few tutorials on TH-cam before getting started. My biggest tip would be to make sure your tufting cloth is stretched as tightly and evenly as possible with at least two or three inches of extra cloth hanging over the edges of the frame. This helps reduce the chances of the cloth tearing and the design from distorting. Good luck to you!

The one I’m using is 1x1 meter. Pretty good size for small to medium sized projects

Either Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, or Walmart. Walmart doesn’t have a great selection, but it’s much less of a drive for me. Michael’s is definitely my first choice. Good selection, okay prices.

You should really use a glove with that adhesive. Not smart at all to not wear any protection while using any carpet adhesive
