      No, I don't have it anymore. It was a brilliant car and gave me many years of good service; near 200,000 miles at the end. I'm glad the videos helped, thanks for the comment.

    Hi! Thanks for the video. How much oil did you use?

    • @KomradeShotabollokov
      @KomradeShotabollokov  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's 4.7 litres for the oil change, including the filter. I normally put in a little less than this and check the dipstick.

      Sorry I don't remember. I have a collection of various sizes and would have just picked one that fitted.

    Hey mate, how did you jack your car up? I have the same one but the designated jacking point seems to be the pinch welds under the front doors, meaning I can't then lower it to jack stands.

      I usually jack under the front subframe at a spot that I think is suitably strong, then lower onto stands on the designated sill jacking points. I normally go in with the jack right behind the front wheel and select a part of the subframe around there.

    Those screws were a bitch to get off mine I've replaced them with stainless steel allen key one's

      @uberscuba4796 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The screws are JIS screws which need a JIS screwdriver

    • @KomradeShotabollokov
      @KomradeShotabollokov  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah I was not surprised to find JIS on the Honda. Not something I have in the toolbox after years of Euro cars. I think a Phillips fits JIS better than Pozi - but it might be good to just buy some JIS drivers. For those screws, just like any other metal screws on an undertray, I lather them up in copper grease each time I have them off. Hate the UK salted roads...

      @@KomradeShotabollokov I didn't even know they existed too be honest and it made me think the dealer's or previous places that serviced it sucked the oil out because the panel on both my civics was hard to get off like it hadn't been off for ages.

    • @KomradeShotabollokov
      @KomradeShotabollokov  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That might well be the case. I'm sure it's quicker and easier for the dealer, but it seems like a good way to miss a load of oil in the sump, to me.

      @@KomradeShotabollokov Agreed I'd rather take the time to drain it
