Great Video -- question: I have heard that Amazon charge a fee even if a person click the coupon BUT does not redeem the coupon. Any data info on that? I heard you have a troller that does that quite a bit and FBA Seller are losing quite a lot of $$. Thanks
Hi Daniele, no, Amazon doesn't charge that - or at least they shouldn't (and we haven't noticed that happening to us). Here's what they say about coupon code fees: "you agree to pay a redemption fee for each coupon discount redeemed by a customer ("Redemption Fee"). A coupon is considered "redeemed" when a customer purchases a product associated with an active coupon and that customer has attached the applicable coupon to his or her account."
