David Crowder follows them with "O praise Him" a 5th lower and "Alleluia" in the upper octave. Then again, I just listened to "Anthem Lights Band" and they sing "O praise Him, alleluia" like Crowder, but both are a 5th lower. Every time I lead this song in worship, I never know which is going to be most familiar to a particular congregation. This video follows the Crowder version of the lyrics and melody. Do you all think this version has eclipsed the original in people's minds? And was David Crowder the first to have done it this way, or did someone else do it first?
