These videos are so comforting and lovely. Continuing to make me feel not alone while in online school and being isolated. Today has been particularly tough but this video gave me a bit of a boost of energy that I really needed to get me through French class. Editing is gorgeous and the amount of time and energy put into these can be seen and is helping bring some joy to all of our days. Thank you :p

It's always interesting to think about the idea of your parent's 'hard work going to waste if you chose a creative career' because to me it seems like the ultimate success. This is really nerdy but if you look up Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, you can see that creative activities are at the very top in the 'self-actualization' section. Which would mean (at least to me) that you had a super stable and loving upbringing. Which is success in its own way I guess :-)
omg lihn looks so chic taking photos in a alleyway, i could neverrrr. also i love that although she has structure in a workday she’s also not very strict about producing content (like the obligation of posting on instagram every week for example). this pressure to be constant to grow can deplete creators so much and i am happy she is just doing her thing and following her rhythm, it shows through her videos she is happy making them. 🐝💕🌼

@kyotofishx @kyotofishx i know, right! we have to respect our moods and moments. maybe there will be a time when we can produce a lot constantly while still being genuine and putting our heart into it, but i don't think it's sustainable for a long time and that's ok !!! i prefer a long term approach than burning out quickly and losing interest in it. 🌻🌼💕 what's your instagram handle?

I remember Hyram said something about not touching the dropper of the serum to your face. The bacteria on your skin will get transferred to the serum in the bottle and it might go bad faster. I'm not sure though so don't quote me on that.

i kinda wanna be a graphic designer like u but i feel just like u felt before, stressed. in croatia we have to know what we wanna be in life at 14. in midle school we have to know what school we want to go too so we can have a stable job. and now i feel presured because of that. i wanna be a graphic designer or a fotographer but my parents are telling me to get into a "real" school and after get a stable job. which now, makes me not know what i wanna do in life. even my teacher told me i shouldn't go to the school i want to go too. but in class she always says that all job matter, not that i dont think so, but she is an a**hole. i really want soome one to support me in life because right now i feel like no one is there for me.

@@alexiacaceda1421 because im finishing midle school now and have to choose the high school (lets say i chose graphic design) that lasts for 4 years. after 4 years i can go to college or just start working. why do i have to choose now ask the goverment honesly. i have too choose 6 school and whichever i get into im going to that school this fall. i dont really now if that anwser your question but i hope u understand it better 😁
Look, I'm "old" (In my 20's) and in France we have a similar system. I went and did science because that's what my parents wanted. I was miserable. Your parents are right to say that graphic design is a bit unstable. This is why you need to create opportunities early. Try to fnd graphic designers who can guide you, learn how to code, do internships. Basicallyfollow your passions but be smart about it. Don't chill in design school thinking work is gonna just fall on your lap after high school.
