The difference of Disgaea 5 and Disgaea 2 is a very big leap but fck it I still love Disgaea 2 due to some of the animation that wasn't in the next game ☹️

You can recruit Axel in the Land of Carnage, I think you have to be in the final chapter of the game.

It is just highly leveled equipment, no cheating.

Probably about 250 hours. You don't need that much time to get perfect equipment though.
