Hello! I've accidentally screwed my HPLC's outlet check valve. It would be helpful if you show us the internal parts of the same. Trying to fix it up, however, could not figure the missing part out.
You normally just buy another check valve. Not sure if it's worth the time to try to fix it. however, if you really wanted to save it - you unscrew it and sonicate it in methanol for an hour. Give it a few smacks on the table with the inlet facing down. That might be able to fix it.
How busted was your check valve when you replaced it?
When you can't get liquid through it. Or no matter how many times you try to sonicate and clean it's crapped out.
Could you please do a video on how to replace the LC-20 plunger and diaphragm. Your other videos are so helpful!
I did that in the long form video I had.
