I did see this house before but it was the darker color on the outside where yours is white. Somebody showed it a few months ago and it's one of my favorites. I would prefer the dark one. The only thing that scares me away from this house is those lousy floor vents, I had that before my last mobile so much junk gets in there, dog hair cat hair everything even found a few dead mice in there and I don't even know where they came from but I had rented this place. Constant cleaning out of the floor vents.
For people who love barndominium but they keep looking at this and they feel there is something missing but they cannot point out what it is, it's the barndominium signature "high ceiling" which without it, it will be like any other normal looking house
@@educationjack5730 I don't think this one is 4K sq. ft. It looks the floorplan on the fridge says 2800 sq. ft. And that price doesn't include finishing out the top floor.
By the time you finish the 2nd floor, land, etc etc you’re looking at at least $200 grand or more so meaning this house is pushing $700 grand or more 😮
I think I would widen the pantry to 6ft width and put the entrance to it at the bedroom. If you have a refrigerator the size of a Honda you need a pantry to match. And you were talking 2 freezers 1 for the house 1 for the Deer.
Love the site better than black one, I’d add red door and trim ect… think the front porch should be wider for better walking are after adding furniture, hate the placing of the fireplace real turn off that have to be changed. Move fireplace under tv area, make are where fireplace is a long buffet table are for food for holidays. Add a beverage counter top refrigerator not a low one. Microwave snack bare junk of area. What it is now is wasted space not friend useable . Wouldn’t not want my child’s around a hot fireplace like it is not. Not safe if you have babies learning to walk.
it is a nice home but for that price everything including countertops should be top of the line (marble, granite, quartz) - the cabinets, etc. should be real wood not particle board and the upstairs should be finished. modulars are supposed to be an affordable home, not more expensive than on site build of the same home. $489,000 is ridiculous for only 3000sq foot finished. I don't think that's even reasonable if the entire 4012sq ft was completed when everything isn't high end/top of the line.
Here is the Black themed home for those curious! th-cam.com/video/5YQbInevYBk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NxKIhVHSqHvZ-KFh
I know someone that would love this home. Fits his boys and dogs! Gonna share this with him.
I love it, you and your wife did a great job showcasing the Barndo! 😊
I remember seeing the black version this house so amazing I would like to own one of them 😮
I want one !!
This is really beautiful! Great work!!!🎉
Wow, i love this house. I wonder what it would cost to build it traditionally. I wonder what the comparison would be.

That was us! We were the first to release the black home as well 😎
I have looked to see if there is a dealer in WY, Denver, or UT. How can I get one of these to central Wyoming?

It's nice, but the price is too high when you can get a site built home on a concrete slab for the same or lower price.
i dont think there is to many places where you can get 4000 sqft for that price or cheaper

@@LoriL010 this model is 489k for the unfinished two story. I think it’s to expensive as well. Over a 100k to add an unfinished two story is crazy !

Where is the furnace????
I called the company and the furnace is located outside
Massive?
😮
I love it! BUT way to rich for my blood.
Nice but price is way to high for a manufactured home! Remember when trailers were an inexpensive way to buy a home😂😂😂😂.

Do not like that gas fireplace or its location. A more conventional wood stove w/ a more conventional location would be better and a bigger kitchen.
