I'm back. The body shop finally finished my car and lastly the front bumper. I have it bolted and the four clips on top in. I'm not sure what the back edge (wheel well ) portion of that bumper you have is like, but mine is flat and even with the wheel well. It does not have the recess for the inner wheel well extension. If I try to put on the wheel well extension, the top screw hole is flexed back and to daylight. I can get the two bottom holes to line up. Also, if I put it on the backside (opposite of stock), It looks like I can get them all, but fear that could cause sandblasting from the tire to that flange of the bumper. Nobody shows this reattachment process of these pieces in any video. I have to assume the Mikes and Street Trends were molded like stock or guys aren't reattaching these. Nobody says a word. I have KBD bumpers sine they are the only ones left making these that I could find. Were yours molded like stock in that area? Were you able to get the wheel well extensions back on?
Just got a bumper simular but haven't installed yet. I'm trying to find the best foglights size for it. Have you installed foglights yet if so how and what size?
Thank you for this video. I'm about to install one of these on my 96 impala. Should I have the bumper painted before I put it on or should I put my new hood and bumper on and then let the body shop handle it?
Question. if I install this on a numbers matching 96 impala ss. would it hurt the value of the car. Planning on selling my Nissan Altima and financing a 96 impala at a dealership near me.
@@RichardsRodClassic I’m interested. How much do you think for the bumper and shipping? Look into into it and let me know. If we can come together, I’ll give you my email and you can send me an invoice via PayPal. I don’t have a greyhound anywhere near here, so it would probably have to be fed ex. Let me know what you’re thinking.

sheasy2002 install first and let the body shop do it their way. if you did it and they didn't like what you did they would charge you more.

In my opinion NO but i dont care about numbers matching cars. I make the car mine so its what i want. If you like the look do it.
