Honestly.... the judging criteria needs to be looked at a little here.... Italo's wave was mental and honestly would have given it the same score.... but.... John's wave was bigger and he hit the first section and not to mention he got more maneuvers in... but yet a whole point less ??? Makes no sense .. if its judged based on Italo being on his back hand and landing smoothly and doing an air reverse.. fair enough compared to John.. however, size of wave and section should consider this in the same scoring range but never a point less.... just my opinion on judging criteria I guess s
@@miguelbaptista836 I'm not disputing that at all.. Italo's air revo was mental and blew my mind...I'm just saying a bigger wave needs to be taken into account.. the difficulty of John's air needs to be looked at..
Not a fan of a one move wave where someone throws an air and gets a 9 +. Unless it's an air nobody does or can do it doesn't deserve a 9+. Flips or something like a 540 maybe, but not a 360

u must be joking right italo’s rotation was done above the lip absolute flying, do not compare a huge air to a 360 air backside above the lip no grab
