Pablo and Ken are both born-again. Pablo's parents were singers in the church while Ken grew up in the pastoral house because his grandfather was a pastor.

SB19 is the best example/results of God's perfect plan in every mankind with His own time table. Training for 3 to 4 years without earning back or recognition is really a big mind battle coz its talks about lots of time, efforts and sacrifices. But then we learned that God has 3 answers for every prayers: not YES or NO only...but WAIT.

Stell ang heavenly voice ng grupo at katu-26 lang po niya last June 16, Si Felip Jhon Suson a.k.a. Ken na main dancer ng grupo at may pinaka mababa'ng boses at 24 last Jan.12 at last but not the least ang youngest member na tinatawag din namin na "bunso" at pure boy ng grupo na katu-23 lang last July 7! Sila po ay nag training sa isa'ng Korean Ent. Sina Pablo at Ken gaya nga po ng sabi ng iba rito eh galing sa Christian families kaya nga lagi'ng pinasasalamatan nila si God kasi no'ng time pasuko na sila dahil sa wala naman sila'ng sinasahod pa noon eh na pressure sila kung itutuloy pa ba nila ang mga pangarap nila kasi 'yung training nila ay Korean style, napakatagal na, sina Pablo at Josh ay may mga dati'ng trabaho na iniwan nila na'ng dahil sa training, si Pablo ay dating data anlyst sa Makati at si Josh naman ay call center agent, si Stell naman ay graduated ng Buseness mngt. sa STI college, si Ken naman ay under graduate ng Architecture sa Cagayan de Oro city at si bunso Justin naman ay graduate ng Multi media arts college of St. Benild sa La Salle!

Kasi sa group nila sina Stell at Josh talaga ang matagal na'ng magka ibigan kaya para'ng halos kilala na ni Josh ang pagkatao ni Stell, 'yung next chapter's po eh panoorin na lang po ni ninyo sa Kwento'ng Juan ng The Juans boy band din dito sa bansa natin na kumanta ng Hindi Tayo Pwede at ang latest song nila ay "DULO", sila 'yung una'ng naging mga kaibigan ng SB-19 since no'ng sumikat na sila dahil sa TM samahang pina easy ng Globe at christian's din po sila from Bulacan at sa yt channel naman ni Ms. Toni Gonzaga-Soriano na TONI/TALKS kasi mahaba na po ito'ng comment's ko eh! Si Ms. Toni ay galing din sa Christian family, siguro po naman ay kilala n'yo siya, aktres at singer siya sa ABS-CBN!

Back in elementary, my Filipino teacher taught me that, If you see the word "Ama", and if it's not the starting word of a sentence but the first letter is written with a capital letter A, this refers to God Almighty.
They are also the same group who sang MAPA. Ken, the one with the lowest register is a grandson of a Pastor

I love this pastor. I am a son of a pastor. And this is what I like about Sb19 because it's not common nowadays for a pop song with a meaningful message with the lyrics. But hearing and reading the meaning of each song of them keeps me motivated. Yeah just like the other people commenting on this video I would like you to react to the long interview of kwentojuan. Also the unreleased song composed by Pablo entitled "Kumunoy" it's about people who are about to give up in life.

But one of their advocacies as a group, and they would always mention this sa interviews, ang goal nila is to help the country by promoting it's talent, our culture, our people and the Filipino values (eg. MAPA, honoring our parents). This is one of the reasons I stan them. And they are good influencers po to their supporters, they always remind us to study well, pursue our calling, use and enhance our skills and Haha! Do not entertain the bashers. Kaya po ang peaceful ng fandom na to kahit may mga bashers, respectful po sila (kami) kasi ganon din naman yung mga boys (SB19) sa bashers.

Ur interpretations of this song are so true... It tackles all being MakaDIYOS, MaKaBAYAN at MakaTAO. This is why this put Pilipinas to be nominated acknowledge to Billboard MUsic Awards for the 1st time.
I believe God put them on the spotlight for a purpose... Have you already watch the KwentoJuan EP 5 & 6? In-interview po ng The Juan (Also the members are all Christian) ang SB19 regarding their journey. Worth to watch rin po.

Pablo has references to his faith in many of his songs, even if he doesn’t mention it directly, even in their older songs like Go Up. As he’s said in their interview with the Juans, he’s not vocal about his faith but God has been so good to him.
Please do watch their interviews to find out how much they struggled to just even put one song out. There’s a deeper meaning to the MV as well, as they explained in What? The Making, which you can find on their official YT channel.
Their view of the world and how we can make it better is one reason why I decided to become an A’tin. 💙

Althought WHAT? speaks about self-love and self-empowerment, which is a universal theme, it still gives the audience a glimpse of the values of the Filipino people: maka-Diyos, maka-bayan, maka-kalikasan, makatao. Despite the hate and bashing this group received when they were starting, I love how they came back to the haters and skeptics with this song -- raw, authentic, and unafraid to show the world who they truly are.

I'm so happy to see your reaction, Pastor!❤️ you're right when you mentioned about the "Ama" part that it was meant The Almighty One..which Pablo also mentioned in another song(Bazinga)..it shows so much about his beliefs and upbringing which is so nice to see in a pop idol.
Most of their dance moves symbolize the words of their songs so when they raised their hands in that part of the song , it definitely refers to God.

SB19 is worth supporting. They make good music. They inspire and empower the youth of today.
Personal favorite is Ikako and Mapa (watched your RV on this too).
Ikako is for the Frontliners and for everyone who's having their own battles.
They also have a recent collab with Ben&Ben entitled Kapangyarihan (I think this is has a very powerful message very relevant now).
For What, they have the What: The Making Film on SB19 Official YT. However there are 5 episodes, but if you have time Pastor you can check them (maybe in your free time). You will get an answer on some of your questions about the meaning of the song. You will also how passionate and good these artists are.
To get to know them, I also suggest KwentoJuan. It is a podcast of The Juans, another amazing band. I suggest this over Toni's I guess because it is like a simpleng kwentuhan ng barkada. So, they kinda open up more here.

About the "Watawat" part po I think it's about your own flag. You should be proud of your own achievements since we have different races in our life po.
It can also be interpreted as the Philippine flag since they were called as "Kpop wannabes" before, that they want to raise the music industry of the Philippines, na "pinoy kami" "ppop kami".
Hi po Pastor i like your reaction and reflection po as a Christian myself, i wish you can react to to their MANA song, it may sound weird or uncommon lalo na sa Christian community kasi the dance and costumes are dark and MANA is also a short cut for MANANANGAL is also weird and the lyrics sounds weird for all filipinos but here PABLO and SB19 wants to change our perspective about things, that's one thing why i adore them. MANA song portrays being humble kasi like mananangal ( kung saan naiiwan ang kalahati ng katawan nila even soaring high) They are saying na kahit mataas na ang naabot nila they will still keep their feet on the ground which is also in WHAT? lyrics kasi WHAT? song is the conclusion of their Pagsibol EP. Also, MANA song is telling their bashers to not sleep on them. Because Mananangal preys on sleeping people, kaya they have to open their eyes to at least appreciate them before judging them. MANA also in short cut for pamana which is for us is inheritance. MANA in the bible which spells MANNA, is a bread from heaven is i think also connected in their lyrics saying heaven and earth unite if you just believe. So for Me all their songs has really great life lessons and inspiring and of course their personalities!! The musicality of the song is also superb🥰 again, great reaction po Pastor! God bless always.
