I have used 08115 for years on fiberglass front ends on big rigs in a truck body shop. You can take an industrial heat gun to the epoxy & dry it in 10 minutes good & hard. No need to dry overnight & you can get the job done in hours instead of days. Heat it up as hot as you can where it`s too hot to even touch & when it cools it`s hard. Try it & you will not want do it any other way!
Hi Mitch and thank you for the video! I truly like this project as I have similar here to complete! I would like to know do you usually buy bonding strips or do you do make them yourself? Could you show us how to make them?
It's always good to see these cars go on and be alive again. I do have a question. I switched from a small block hood to a 67 stinger hood, now my hood latch is useless. I currently use a hockey stick to keep the hood open. How do I go about fixing this and doing it so it will last? Thanks for all the hard work you do and for sharing with us. Have fun and stay safe.
i must be so satisfying to bring these original pieces together to live again!
A guy like me appreciates this, what a blast, and thank you for these tips and tricks.

Hey there Mitch,
From all those pieces-parts a car pops out.
Great work man!
Take care,
Dan
