I hope Larry did motor work as well to it, sled is still a mystery. The sleds story long ago it was a father and son project but the guys kid passed away and the sled just unfinished. Not sure when or what stage but hopefully Larry did some motor work! Be super cool
@ So this sled was built by Larry? More and more of these pipes are surfacing. Its nothing to bolt the pipes on. Larry has a sheet of specs that should be done for best performance. Ive done most of those to mine except gearing and clutching. Just recently put PSI heads on mine and just got the Thunder products Dial-a-Jet installed.
I’m not sure if the sled is built by him or not. It’s the only story I have got on the sled. I’ve had a few people wanting me to take the heads off to look at the pistons and see what’s all been done. She’s very snappy. I have to do some adjusting to the idler screws and I should be good from there!
@@BraidenSlagle i doubt Larry would build a sled like this that wasnt a race machine. Someone could have attepted to build it up but found how rare/expensive parts are now and abandoned it. Do you have the sheet from LRM for carb and stator settings?
you do realize syncing the carbs involves adjusting all the idle screws right? dont just turn the screws by hand and call it good. You need to measure and make sure they are all the exact same
Sounds sweet when your reved it up
Yessir, can’t wait to open it up on the lake here in a couple of weeks!
Very much like mine. Its a beast when setup correctly.

I don’t unfortunately. I had a buddy of mine send me a sheet from Larry or Larry’s company showing what size jets and such I should run
We wanna see the 200.00 xcr...
Hahaha, it will be coming soon!
Nice sled. Should be very fast.
Thank you!

Yes, I also adjusted the slides. I plan on doing the idler screws here shortly.
