Hi I am Dan at MobilityBuddies.com Red Woods commented below that his Bruno electric hoist works better than a ramp. I agree a hoist is better but there are several drawbacks. They are expensive, cannot be easily moved to another vehicle, require a technician to install and may not be compatible with some vehicles or scooters. The biggest drawback is you have to have a vehicle you can dedicate to have the hoist in the vehicle. Given the simple and easy procedure to load a versatile Hummer a ramp is a great system. In addition with a ramp you can have anyone with a minivan pick you up or even a taxi may work out as well. The ramp shown in the Video is an 8 foot oversize ramp I have for loading scooters into a customer’s vehicle regardless of how high it is. Most vans require only a 4, 5 or 6 foot ramp. I sell a pair of channel ramps that are light weight and can easily slide under the scooter for storage. The ramps collapse so the stored length is only 50% of extended length. You can access my online store at www.mobilitybuddies.com. Thank You, Dan Young

I too used ramps until finding a Bruno lift hoist for $200. Installation in a Subaru Forester was easy and cost $100 at a local trailer hitch place. The power for the hoist (12V at 6A) comes from a rear aux outlet and is also used with an inverter to power the Titan battery charger while driving, The hoist loads or unloads the titan in 1 minute. Took longer to install the ramps and unload. Hard to store the ramps inside too prevent theft. I'll take the electric hoist over ramps any day.

The base of the trunk door frame of my Jetta is 2'-3". I would like to know if a 6ft ramp is acceptable to move the wheelchair to the trunk using the wheelchair control.

How do you store the ramps in the car? Thanks for the video, I have had mine for a year and a half and love it, however, service help is non-existent for it.

Hi There I am Dan I am in the Video. I have walking limitations and have ridden my Hummer and the Elite for many hours with virtually no problems. If you need service please feel free to contact me at our web store www.MobilityBuddies.com and send us an email. We are a service related Disabled Veteran small business. We sell mostly online and at this time only TZORA scooters. I have ordered and sold replacement parts and Diestco accessories for several customers that have purchased their scooter from another dealer. Storing a ramp is an issue. I have a lightweight collapsible compact ramp that can easily slide under the scooter for storage. It is available in several lengths. Let me know and I can send you info on it and it's price. I would be happy to help you out with any needs you have for service or just plain old advice. One tip I can give you today is if you ride where you may puncture a tire I have a solution called Green Slime that you inject into the tire that seals any puncture that may occur. Dan Young

Thanks for the video. I am from Israel where this is manufactured, but I guess the marketing dept works more abtoad and this is how I found your videos. The light small foldable ramp yu mentioned is also made in Israel, or did you find a supplier in the U.S?

Hi Dan, I am considering getting a Tzora Hummer. The things I worry about is seat comfort/width, and leg room. Most scooter companies use short/petite models to show in sales demo vids and pix. I am 6 ft tall and at the scooter wt. limit. You look like a big guy...what is your height?

The Titan works fine with 245 pounds and a six footer. The Bruno electric hoist will lift 500 pounds, easily switched from car to car by 4 bolts and powers up using a Viking Lithium Ion Jump Starter and Power Pack ($80, Harbor Freight) rechargable in car and eliminates wiring changes. A little creativity works wonders!

I know your comment Is old but maybe for others, don’t worry about the width of the seat because if you need a lot of width all you do is lift the armrests and tie them back and there’s no problem with the room then. I also added a seat cushion (one for outdoor furniture) and this makes it more comfortable. I have the four wheel scooter and the only problem I have is that you don’t have a lot of room for your feet especially if you’re larger around the mid section and need your feet to be wider apart. For that reason I’d love the three wheel version with more foot room, but worry about the stability on some of the areas I travel on outdoors.

I watched a different video on this scooter and it does come apart for easy storage and transport. Can't you show that in this video?
