I made a new bridging method where you basically just do Andromeda but you place trap doors above your head to decrease the time it takes to do the head hitters which is almost humanly impossible.
this is known already, and its also impossible, mainly because to do this you need a block on the side which is impossible to do!, though a similar bridge is possible known as the andromeda grind which almost no one knows.
you need to shift to place the trapdoors otherqise you justopen it dont you? so that would mean that it wouldnt be as fast as an andromeda because shifting is slower than walking
Actually, jitterbridge is theoritically faster than godbridge, but its not block efficient. Without dc in Mcplayhd you can get 6.650 (its probably not the best time) while normal gb is max 6.7 with a weird start.
Its actually not becuase ur just bridging to the end without jumping while godbridging, but you jump when you jitter bridge in the end. so basically, godbridge will make you faster then doing a jitter bridgin lol
Also, im pretty sure the jitter bridge if done correctly IS faster than a godbridge due to the laws of momentum, but very insignificantly. I could be wrong though but I have some sources to prove this
0:15 this is not entirely false. Bedlessnoob mentioned in his vid tht the slime will only slows u down when ur at the center of it, but if u godbridge at the side of the slime block, it wont affect ur movement at all

just to clarify, im a five block jump you need to *clear* five blocks but a five block flat is just clearing 4 and placing a landing for the fifth. i do quite a lot of parkour and 5 block jumps are impossible with the starting island on mcplayhd. if you did a real 5 block jump, it would be almost enough to place a 6b flat. pretty crazy
@@itslizardi dont think thats possible as minecraft full blocks' hitbox extends out 0.3 blocks but to successfully place a block you *at least* need to be over the block and the momentum that map sets you up for lets you make it with an offset of less than 0.1 which means although you will have really good momentum you are still more than 0.2 (0.3 minus the landing offset) blocks away from being able to place a 6th block. you would need a 2bc or a tdhh setup to be able to complete a 6b flat. in more technical terms, making a 5b jump means jumping at least 4.3 metres, but completing a 6b flat means jumping at least 4.6 metres, which means you would need to use a setup that let you land with at least a 0.3 offset (which is a huge offset), and even more when accounting for the fact that you look backwards for 6 ticks when placing the actual blocks good luck

The only thing is, unlike tapped speed, tapped jitter would make you go slower because it means more jumps
