I can think of several reasons why Naboo would be a highly contested world during the clone wars. 1 - Natural resources. (Plasma). 2 - Loyal to the Republic. 3 - Relatively close to Separatist space. 4 - In or near the Outer Rim, which historically has had little Republic influence. 5 - Grudges held by the Trade Federation. Does anyone know if there was much action in/near Naboo space during the war in canon? (Not the disney version).
I don't know, check if you have both the mod and the submod active. And at the same time, all the ships are in the campaign, in the skirmish there is a limited number

Why do I have less separatist unit types in my game? I use same submod.
